A very disappointed experience
I was using the free version to erase background on a photo and when I try to save it the sistem said I need to buy another version so I buy the standard version. But when I try to use the standard version to erase the background and save it . The sistem said I need to buy another version😳 I understand each versions have their owns characteristics but erase background is something the free online version let you make so is hard to believe that the standard version do not include it. I ask immediately for a refund and they said you have to buy another version you already know erase background is was not included and this is NOT TRUE. I would never recommend Photoworks. Could be good for photo editing but client services are horrible.

Photo modifications made easy…
Having used other Photo modifications programs, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mods in this program. There is a slight learning curve to get comfortable with this program, but acceptable. For an immature photog this is as close to perfect as you will find. Mainly, the price is right!

Somewhat useful app, but bad business model
While the app offers various useful features for photo editing in one place, some of the feature or functionality is/are available only as extra paid add-on. That is a very bad business practice. Photoworks app company should be ashamed of swindling customers by bundling clickable menu item(s) which require additional payment to activate. Also, it seems updates to the app also require additional payment! What a scam business!

A so so experience with this company
I ordered Photoworks around Christmas and the download I received was one of a trial version of the program.
It took a long while to start getting help.
We have been writing back and forth since December 26, and only recently (mid January) was the issue resolved. It took a long time, they do not respond quickly. It is truly unfortunate there is not phone service. Talking to someone makes a difference.
Although the program is now working for me, I did ask a refund many times and it was always ignored until I posted my previous review on this site.
I think they could improve their customer service greatly. May be make it more personal.

Εxcellent tool for the average user
I usually use specialized programs for any kind of photo editing I want to do. But if I want a quick and above all very acceptable result, PhotoWorks is ideal. I would recommend it even for more demanding work, but you can't do the tweaks that might be needed. However, it is certainly an excellent tool for the average user who, without much experience, will give him very good to excellent results. A small complaint about the add-ons: they are very few and mostly spent on the backgrounds. Additional LUTs would be much more interesting.

Fast Installation
Super fast installation with no problems...So many options to improve photos I didn't know where to start. Must honestly say it's the easiest photo editor I've ever purchased and results are awesome. Haven't needed support yet but I know it's available if I need it. So glad I found this program and the results prove it!

Easy to Use, Helpful How-To Videos, Reasonable Price
I have used PhotoWorks for several years. The app accomplishes everything I need for basic photo editing and lots more. How-to videos on YouTube are helpful in learning features of the program. I like the option of having a lifetime license at a reasonable price.

Ive been purchasing Products from AMS…
Ive been purchasing Products from AMS Software. I love Photo Works for its ease of use. Years ago I used Corel Paint Shop Pro but Photo Works which is more affordable and has practically all the same features works for me. Now I have Photo Glory, Photo Diva, Photo Collage Maker which all work well foe Me. I would recommend all these programs along with the Free Guides they offer. There service dept. if needed also works very quickly and well appreciated. Thanks Walter.
