No customer service
Having submitted a photo and received ticks for all aspects, I was foolish enough to pay and was then told by Emma the "online expert" that the photo failed as my head was tilted or turned and that I should stand straight and look at the camera, despite doing exactly this. Frustrated after submitting multiple different photos, only to be given the same reason for failure every time, I emailed photo booth twice with a couple of the photos to ask them for their advice. As yet nobody has taken the time to reply to me so I will now be approaching PayPal to get a refund. Quick to take your money and uninterested in helping customers.
I've added the order no. 79329140 here as Trustpilot isn't giving me the option to reply.
It is now the 18th April and despite photobooth.online's initial response, nobody has answered any of my emails.

This is my first time using this service .. I used an old photo of mom and dad ... I did not see that coming .. I mean the result was truly amazing .. every thing was detailed without modifying the actual picture .. the photo was improved so much. Thank you.

Easy use, decent results
Easy to use and truly free application for online restoration of (low-quality) photos. It automatically corrects basic features (light, colors, minor damage) and in general does a decent job (don't expect wonders). One of the few free online photo enhancement tools that does not turn blurred faces into something horrific.
