My wife and I are pleased with the service and hospitality Josh and the team had provided us. They provided payment options for our photo booth and we were able to go pick it up the next day. They have checked on us on how we are doing and most recent we took advantage of the lead fuel CRM and have had onboarding meetings with Jose on how to navigate through the software. You have to be willing to put in the time and be open to learning the equipment, Darkroom software, and the CRM so you can take your business to the next level! They make you feel part of the team. If you have questions reach out to them and they respond promptly. Thank you Josh and the PBI family for your continuous support!

The owner Josh is awesome and always available to assist. I also, highly recommend the training session with Mark, who does a phenomenal job every Wednesday at 5pm.

The weekly calls are a great. I think is a great way to assist the owners. They are very personal and help you with the process of setting up funnel and CRM and any individual questions you have regarding the business. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.

He was incredibly patient, walking me through each step with clarity and understanding, no matter how many questions I had. The Photo Booth itself is very high quality and well designed. PBI support team is exceptional. They respond almost immediately if we have questions. Photo Booth International is a phenomenal company and I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to be trained, mentored and supported by the Josh and his dedicated staff. I have tried and failed a many businesses before, but I knew this was going to be a different experience the moment I spoke to someone on the phone. What makes this company special is the training and coaching. The equipment is fantastic, but without the knowledge of how to grow a business I would not have become successful. Whenever i need advice or a question answered PBI has always had my back. I’m so happy I did my research and found the best Photo Booth Company PBI. :) Last summer I flew all the way to Texas in 2023❣️From Meeting Christian to him being a great sales agent and helping me decide on which booth would be a perfect fit, too the PBI biweekly training is amazing. All the great tips and the guidance in helping me with any questions is A+ service. They always respond to my emails super quick and help me through out my journey, literally every step of the way. My husband and I did a lot of research before deciding on PBI. We were going to purchase online but decided we wanted to get a feel for the company as well as see the booth in person before making the purchase. We drove up from Amarillo and it was well worth the drive. Timberly helped us out and she was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We are so excited to start our business and we are so grateful for the support we have received so far from PBI. We are waiting for the booth to be built so we can pick it up, hopefully everything goes well and we can hit the ground running soon.

Ms. Amber their General Manager immediately reached out to me personally after some issues. She is professional, polite and took on the concerns as if they had happened to her. Meaning she displayed genuine empathy. We never wanted anyone to sugar coat answers we simply wanted someone from the company to hear our valid concerns. Amber has assured me that concerns I had about financing, communication delivery and an overall positive customer experience from beginning to end has improved under her expertise. I can tell from her call with us she listened. She took notes, she mentioned every concern I had and discussed them with me with respect. I'm also grateful for the transparency in which she answered our concerns. She said there is a way to deliver a no without making people feel devalued and that is all I wanted to hear. She seems to be on the right track to ensuring potential and current clients receive the best customer care regarding all facets of the PBI experience.
