Fantastic customer service and the printing quality is really vibrant and high-quality. I ordered a set of custom coasters and they looked so good that my friends wanted them too! Photogifts were really helpful for my repeat order. Definitely would use their services again.

I just received my order of tablemats with a lovely handwritten note from Alistair saying that you had noticed a minor mark on one of the mats you had pressed for me, so you had not only re-pressed it but also sent me the one with the minor (barely visible!) mark in case it is of any use to me.

This goes way beyond the personal customer service that is so sadly lacking from many companies these days and so deserves a huge ‘thank you’ and a 5-star review.

What a great company to deal with. Sent a picture to them to be put on a coaster and somebody rang me back (sorry I forgot his name) saying that it was a poor quality picture, so I cancelled the order. A few weeks later sent them a better quality picture, same person rang me back suggesting a few things which would enhance the picture, which I agreed to. The coasters have arrived and they look fantastic. I wish I could give them more stars, they certainly go the extra mile!!

Despite tired website and not active on their social accounts, I received my branded microfibre cloths quickly. They're good quality at a reasonable price.

Excellent results (cork-backed table mats using favourite landscape photos) once I got used to the non-intuitive user interface. It's worth persevering - high gloss finish, great clarity and resolution of the photos.

Wow!-First Class! Ordered two sets of table mats with personal photos. Product arrived within 4 days. We did have to update the order but guess what......rang the contact number a"human" answered the phone straight away and dealt with our query. He even rang back 15 mins later to confirm all was OK. Alistair thank you for such personal and proffesional service. 11/10 fo me....keep up the good work. Would definately recommend this company. By the way the quality of the product is excellent my order of table mats, is a surprise for the family get together and they will be the talking point of the evening with lots of old photos on show!

Great and helpful service to solve problem. Following my previous review outlining problems getting into the site, Photogifts have now solved their technical problems. I was contacted personally to explain and help me back using photogifts in a very friendly and helpful way and indeed would recommend them very strongly.
