2nd time to order from this company as I was so impressed with service first time. 1st time they didn't have the colour of photo album I had requested in stock, Covid had caused a delay in restocking. I got a call to see if I would like a refund, or to wait until my chosen colour was in stock. Very pleasant staff. My most recent order of 3 photo albums arrived, as ordered, within a few days.
