Wrong so wrong, they make a mistake and don't want to fix it. Blame you the customer and do nothing!
Will never purchase from them again. They don't even check their catalogue to see if links are correct. They don't even know what song they are putting on.

After reading bad rewievs I was worried what mine will be like.
I have ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas but it arrived yesterday 3rd December 2022 in absolute perfect condition so I am very pleased.
I might ad that I have purchased gift box and it was very well packed.
I would recommend this product

Do not buy from this company! I purchased two night lights and they never arrived. Such a waste of money and the company does not take ownership of anything. They are also not an Australian company, the name is misleading. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered 2 children's lamps.Once opened one of these lamps was cracked& the remote did not work.After numerous emails& photos this company is saying it's something I did while I was unpacking them.These lamps were my GRANDDAUGHTERS&the only place they r.fit for is the rubbish bin.Product 0 out of 10 Customer Service 1 out of 10.

I do not recommend buying from this site. I ordered a personalised night light which came in good time. However it has quite a few chips on the edges, it is clearly damaged or made poorly. I have been sending emails which have been replied to, however they are only offering a very small refund ($3-5) I cannot gift this item because it is damaged yet they are unwilling to refund the full price. Very disappointing. Stay away.

They stuffed up order with da name but didn't take responsibility.....never again n would not recommend them

This company is terrible.. product quality is awful and it broke after a few months. But was just outside the 90 days so they wouldn't replace it. I wish I read reviews before purchasing!

Misleading, item does not arrive

Do not use this company. Thought I was supporting local - wish I’d read reviews before purchasing.

I was very nervous because of the reviews, and asked for a refund immediately after purchasing. But, during our email conversation I decided to keep my purchase.

It took about 3 weeks to come. It's on the cheaper side of material, but my kid LOVESSSSS it. Definitely need to get the remote for it (which we did) because changing the colours is the best bit!!

The cable is tiny but we made it work.

I'd probably buy another for her cousin down the track.

Happy I decided to keep the purchase and it had stacks of packaging to protect it while in the post - so it arrived in a perfect condition.

I wish I read reviews before purchasing. Customer service was prompt in replying however never resolved the issues just kept sending a generic email saying we are sorry & understand your frustration then offering insulting discounts to keep item as is when you can’t even use or gift the item because it’s not what you ordered or it’s damaged. Very disappointing!!

I wish I had read the reviews before.I ordered for customised moon lamp.Lots of scratches and poorly done.It’s not worth the money.

Item finally arrived but carton was damaged slightly. Opened it up and was gutted it was in pieces the dowl pins were poorly glued in and the centre was cracked obviously there was no fragile stickers or top load only on the parcel. Was a 1st year anniversary gift and was sad it was late and broken. Cheaply made for the price paid

They charged 55$ for express shipping saying 3-5 days but took clearly 14 days, what’s the point of express shipping. Better than this Amazon is safe and better. When asked about the service express shipping they said it’s not their fault as weekends doesn’t count. What the heck? I clearly remember ordering birthday cards with each lamp but when arrived there was no cards and out of two one of the box was dented. The company should be extra careful, knowing that it’s someone else’s gift 🎁 and it must be important. I know sometimes the carrier can make mistake but if you knew it was a box then you should have put foam around it seeming the box costed 9.99$ :(

SCAM COMPANY

It was my first order with them, even paid for some VIP service because I want a smooth experience as it was an important gift.

The result is I waited for 2 months, finally the parcel delivered but they left it in open space, which got stolen.

Contacted them, the business blame logistics and tell me to go to them. I contacted the logistics, logistics blame the business for agreeing to leave the parcel without signature.

As a result, the business asked me to pay extra cost for postage fees and 30% of my order cost, which is around 50% of my total order cost in order for me to receive my order.

WHICH WAS NOT MY FAULT, NOT EVEN GET TO SEE THE PARCEL AND NOW HAS TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY EXTRA IN ORDER TO GET IT.

Worst purchasing experience ever. Treat this as lesson and accept the loss of money for nothing

This company is totally useless and the quality of service and product absolutely disgusting. My order arrived to Syd/Aus with a crack in the lamp and the box was entirely damaged. They refused a refund!!!
Never ever ever order from this company.

Absolutely awful experience. Bought 1 lamp, picture arrived scratched and ruined. I should have checked the reviews in advance.
Worse customer service ever.
I disputed with my bank and they are refunding what I paid instead I advise others to do the same.

I ordered a lamp for Mother’s Day and it took a couple of months to receive. It wasn’t what I expected. I wouldn’t never order from the again.
