Total SCAM Chinese s*** same as everyone else paid extra £25 for 3-5 days shipping, no reply to emails, no item after 4 weeks. Had to open paypal resolution in the hope of getting my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

They are scammers!! I placed a order end of nov 2020. It’s now end of feb 2021 and I have received part of my order. They keep telling me my whole order was delivered look for it. Lol what a joke. Don’t order from this place!!!

I paid $20 extra to have my order shipper faster than usual. This was about a month ago and still haven’t received anything. They’re tracking info also sucks and is useless. These people are scammers. Order from somewhere else that won’t take forever or charger you a fortune.

Paid $35 for express 3 to 5 day shipping for valentines day and never arrived! Its been 9 days and nothing. Wish i read reviews. Im calling consumer affairs for full refund!

Horrible! They don’t even deserve one star!!! But had to to comment. Ordered on Feb 1! Paid 25 usd for expedited shipping. Well here it is Valentines Day and nothing! Sent emails and they say they will respond in 24-48 hours! Nothing! Don’t waste your money!! They are horrible!

Horrible customer service experience, item hasn't arrived after almost 1month of the order being submitted and yet they fail to see that as a reason to obtain a full refund. never doing business with them again. total rip off

Dam I wish I had read reviews before I placed an order my god! I placed an order on the 26th of Jan 2021 now its the 5th of Feb and its still "sitting at the warehouse" I have sent over 5 emails now and havnt had any reply I I orderd a Spotify plark for valentines days and I don't even think it will arrive now DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Blatantly a faulty item, had emails with SALLY, repeatedly requested videos or suggested charging it for multiple different time frames, refused to give refund details, eventually expects me to pay to return this USELESS, FAULTY, PIECE OF S**T to them in CHINA for what would then only be half a refund, for I repeat a USELESS PIECE OF S**T!!!!

I wasn't sure how many stars to put. I ordered three moon lamps with photos, and two of them turned out great. One however, was not fully lit at the top, and the photo was not very visible. I have gone back and forth with Bonnie from the company many times, and she is adamant that the quality is great, after getting the photos she asked for. And just explains everything away. She comes at me with "first, second,"etc. Horrible customer service!!

i ordered my moon lamp around december 14th expecting it to be a 6 month anniversary gift, the company does not give a specific guide as to when to expect your order, rather it just says 9-15 business days. I didn't get my moon lamp until 5 weeks later which was a bummer but the quality of the moon i am very satisfied with. the wait sucked but receiving the product paid off the wait. You do have to consider the fact that the product does come from overseas which does cause delays a lot of the time. Customer service was overall really good from Frank and a lady named Candice. I feel like most customers are just not satisfied with the lack of information for the product, but overall its really great! I'm just waiting for valentines day to give this to my boyfriend!

I ordered a customized spotify plaque on December 25th and whenever I would track it it would tell me "Item(s) not available," and that it was still processing. It wasn't until I emailed customer service that they told me it didn't meet quality control so they had to remake mine and it would ship in 2-3 days. It eventually shipped a few days later and arrived today, January 22nd, but the plastic has scratches on it and the photo is not HD at all. I'm glad I finally received it but overall I'm not very impressed.

I ordered this photo film roll on Dec 12th for Christmas. It arrived a few days ago. I had to buy a separate gift to have something to physically on Christmas. Now it’s here and I guess I’ll wait for her birthday next November (eyeroll)

Don’t order from them It took a month to get my gift to the person. And then the picture that I asked to be on the lamp wasn’t on it. It was just words. So I sent them a picture and asked for a refund or the correct thing I ordered. Now they want me to send a video, like I’m lying about this cheap looking crap. Horrible

NEVER buy anything from this company! The Spotify glass is complete garbage and is made of cheap plastic with a horrible photo. I order this at the end of November and it came January 16. Hopefully I can get a refund

Not only did this product take 23 days to arrive....the photo quality is shocking! It's supposed to be a family photo and me holding my baby, it looks like I'm holding nothing! I've emailed back and forth several times and the most they will do is give me 30% refund. Complete joke do not deal with this company we're now £35 out of pocket for a lamp that doesn't resemble my baby so it's not being used.

Although I did get what I ordered, it was very late, it was supposed to be a Christmas present but instead I got it today (January 15th) mind you, i ordered this December 15th not knowing when it'll show up but hoping it would soon. Every time i put my tracking number in it was shown as "not able to find" or "not correct", this made it hard for me. i really thought it was a scam until it came today. I'm giving this "company" 3 stars because 1.it was what i ordered 2. because the picture wasn't messed up and 3. because my mom loved it, but i will never order from this website again if im going to have to wait that long, its ridiculous!

I ordered this product November 13th with VIP shipping for my anniversary date of November 24th. I JUST now received it on January 14th so if you want this plan ahead by 3 months. I also tried contacting them multiple times and got basically the same response of “I’m sorry please be patient the package is in transit” even though my last updated tracking information was weeks/months ago. They also don’t do refunds no matter how many times you ask they’ll keep insisting you stay patient... do with this information as u will.

I ordered a photo keyring on November 25th 2020 and still have not received it. I have emailed the company 3 times to ask about the product and they keep giving me the same response and tracking info that doesn’t work. After looking at other reviews I doubt that I will get a refund on this but fingers crossed. This company is terrible, just stay away as it’s like throwing your money straight in the bin.
