i ordered my moon lamp around december 14th expecting it to be a 6 month anniversary gift, the company does not give a specific guide as to when to expect your order, rather it just says 9-15 business days. I didn't get my moon lamp until 5 weeks later which was a bummer but the quality of the moon i am very satisfied with. the wait sucked but receiving the product paid off the wait. You do have to consider the fact that the product does come from overseas which does cause delays a lot of the time. Customer service was overall really good from Frank and a lady named Candice. I feel like most customers are just not satisfied with the lack of information for the product, but overall its really great! I'm just waiting for valentines day to give this to my boyfriend!

I was guaranteed to receive my order by Christmas and it came 25 days late. The quality is nothing like they advertise on the website. Customer service doesn't exist. Horrible!! Don't waste your time or money!!!! If I knew it was coming from Hong Kong I never would have ordered

Absolute worst customer service I’ve received from a company! They take your money and disregard you. I’ve still not received an order I paid for weeks ago and they aren’t willing to do anything about it and said I have to pay if I want to cancel the order! Absolute scammers DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!

I ordered something for a Xmas present for Xmas 2020, never recieved the parcel, I received a email on the 23rd of December 2020 from them saying its been delivered when it never did. I didn't receive a email confirmation saying its been dispatched , this website is fake and the customer serive is terrible.saying pretty much they won't refund me because of no shipping insurance terrible terrible company.

Biggest scam company ever! Ordered November 16 2020. Items was not received until 1/16/21. Terrible quality and looks nothing like the images on the website. Contacted to company and they are unwilling to do anything to refund the item. Save your money and order from a real reputable company not some Chinese scam!

Shipping took longer than expected but it’s a pandemic and it was over the holidays, so I’m not going to blame them for that. The quality could be a little more clean, as I can see how the 3D printer made the markings. Overall though I love the lamp. All my friends were wowed by it and though it was very cool and unique. I’m just happy it got to me finally as Canada post delivered it to the wrong house and I thought the item would never reach me.

Only 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.
Ordered at the end of November and didn’t receive it until January 16th.
Photo quality is very poor and doesn’t look a thing like the advertisements.
Def. Not worth the 63 dollars I paid for it.

1. Website stated that it was UK based.... ACTUALLY in CHINA....????
2. You pay for a 1-3 day delivery, to expect it in that time frame, but what they don't tell you is that it can take up to 2 weeks to produce AND then ship it out...?
3. My shipmemt took 13 days, even though I paid for the premium service.
4. Was offered a refund of 15% of the purchase price, even though forking out over £50.00, I would only be receiving £3.50 (insulted).
A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, DO NOT USE.....!

Absolutely terrible quality. Expensive prices and the actual product looks nothing like the pictures they have on their website. Save your money and do not buy. Convinced the 5 star ratings are just fake reviews. All the products are low effort, low quality work charged at a high price at best, and at worst you won't receive anything at all. Save your money

I have no words for how horrendous this company are!! It took 3 weeks for my personalised wallet to come. When it arrived I couldn't believe how awful it was and it looked nothing like the photo I had sent. Please do not waste you money, what this company are doing is fraud! This wallet was not fit for purpose and I had to purchase another one! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Wow. Just wow. The product is really really poor quality. Literally can't even see what the picture is supposed to be. The 3d print just hasn't worked properly at all. Not even close to an acceptable level of quality. Infact its unfit for purpose and is unrecognisable. It just looks like a textured plastic ball for £30

I wish there was a way that I could offer no stars. Their lack of communication is terrible. I purchased a moonlamp for my 32 year old daughters Christmas from her younger 18 year old brother. He saved up and picked the photograph himself. I gave him an extra £9.99 for the expedited shipping (five to eight business days) He purchased the item on December 11th and after receiving the email that the item had been ordered, we did not hear anything again. Their lack of communication is a serious problem and today we have just found out that the item will not be here until December 29th. Due to Covid the only day we can see our daughter is on Christmas Day and then we will not see them for four weeks. I had to buy something else to replace the gift, so my daughter at least receives something from her brother on Christmas. 18 Days is ridiculous. When we ordered the expedited charge did not have anything written beside it apart from the amount of days. They have now added the following which was most definitely not there on December 11th 2020. 'Shipping method
Expedited (5-8 business days specified production time excluded)'. They have obviously received many emails from customers like our family and decided to change the small print. When you complain they send out a very generic email that makes you feel like it is your own fault, stating that I should note that it takes time to personalize and we should have checked the reminder product page.

Very disappointed indeed. I wish I could attach a photograph of their email. We were so delighted when we first ordered and my son was excited about his sister receiving something so lovely for her Christmas as like most we have had a difficult year. He feels so let down. I thought I was helping keep an independent business afloat. I now wish that we had not bothered as they have completely let us down.
