Serge offers many products and insights into photography techniques. He almost always gives a money back guarantee, though I have never had to use that. I find the products and training useful and applicable to anyone looking to learn landscape/cityscape photography.

I have purchased many courses from PhotoSerge.com and have learned a great deal from watching them (I still have many hours of viewing still ahead of me). My photos (according to others) have gone from "good" to "breathtaking" and "stunning". I have used Light Room Classic, Photoshop, Luminar 4 and Luminar AI (and I am waiting for the Luminar Neo to be released and hope that Serge will create a class for it as well.)

The classes are incredibly beneficial and very affordable. The support team has responded very quickly whenever I have contacted them.

Serge was disturbing me with so many sales newsletters... I ignored all of them. And then I went inside of his FB group and wanted to present my photo, and he didn't care at all... On Facebook, I posted this picture and the people loved that picture... unfairness... Serge said even my photo is underexposed, it was not exposed but he did underexpose it so that my whole photo was very dark. ... Then I asked the famous Photograph Joel Sartore (my previous mentor) afterwards, what he thinks about my picture: Looks very nice. Good moment, interesting light.

What you do think about Serge Ramelli?

I just started with Serge watching his webinars. It took me 3 days to win a prize using his techniques. I used three different softwares. Because my computer is not capable of running photoshop or Lr or luminar AI. I was able to win first prize 500 dollar external hard drive.I love his webinars so much I stayed up to 5 am to watch one last night. I learn so much in just his webinars. I purchased Zero to Pro so excited to finish the course.To see what i can do with photos then.Thank you so much Serge,your an excellent teacher.

Excellent tutorials...always tons of info. Extremely talented photographer and his customer service is excellent as well! I'm a multi-repeat customer and huge fan.

Recently had a problem getting purchased items loaded into my account. I didn't receive any response when using the contact form on the website, but when I emailed photoserge directly, I received a quick response and the problem was resolved. Very helpful and instructive tutorials and presets.

I purchased PHOTOSERGE LLC on the 18th DEC 2021. Since then i have tried to enter my account several times - far more than i dream to remember, & have gone through the actions of changing the passwords lots of times & STILL not able to get into my account. I will be going to the bank tomorrow to try to get a refund on this matter. Very bad set up indeed to try & enter your paid account....i wouldnt recomend this at all im afraid to say.

I have taken several courses from Serge & I'm always pondering if I prefer the content he deliver or the way he delivers it! Either way it is an absolute treat to listen and apply Serge advice on photography. Not to mention that my photography has improve quite significantly, particularly on the editing front. Also worth mentioning all the free content that he so generously provide to photography enthusiasts.

Customer service is wonderful! I had a problem getting products loaded to my account. Solved quickly!

Serge Youtube classes have brought life to my photography as no one explains it like him on how to Shoot and how to work on LRC with such simplicity.

Serge, Please enlighten us more and more

There should be a "+" sign after the five stars for Patrik and Customer Support at PhotoSerge. I had a drive crash in Jan/Feb and it took out several items. Last week when I was on an email "Fall Cleaning" binge I ran across my email receipt for Serge's Zero To Hero bundle but it wasn't on my new drive nor in my library. I emailed Patrik about it and it was in the library within hours. Terrific product from Serge that I'm going to spend hours with and OUTSTANDING customer service. Now I need to buy another SSD to keep track of all the lessons!

Serge is a very good teacher with easy to follow tutorials. My photography has gone from mediocre to winning awards and competitions after following his expert guidance

I have been a fan of Serge for a couple of years. Constant email alerts are the only downside to subscribing. There are on line videos where magic and sales happen. Downloads of books, info, guides into your personal library. I can revisit my library to review items. Plenty of ideas are given, as are free presets. Tutorials. Free skies to import into editing programs. Photos to study, advice to try. Methods to incorporate and a vision, tried and tested processes. Well worth while.

The photo serge series of tutorials have opened my eyes to a new perspective on photography. His step-by-step lessons have taught me new insights into Lightroom and Photoshop. My images are now more dramatic and more professional thanks to Serge Ramelli and his great lessons. I look forward to stretching my photographic skills with his future courses.
