Seriously Serge....... Hi everyone, I'm a retired Director who over nearly 50 years in major corporations delivering innovative and excellent standards of services to my Clients and Customers (I still put a capitol C on Clients and Customers every time, old habits die hard). So when I find a group of people who really impress me I am happy to write a review. I took up photography when I retired and bought many products to help me understand and improve my learning and techniques. Some were ok, some were boring and most I could not follow or adapt to 'their' way of thinking. Until I come across a video of Serge, bingo.... he made sense straight away, he was very clear (I also had a training background), but he also had a way of explaining and demonstrating things/tasks in a very simple way, I loved it and enjoyed it so much I decided that anything I needed was going to be done through PhotoSerge. Believe me please when I say that the guy is brilliant but the real bonus isn't free books or presets etc it's the Team that he has behind him who are always in tune with the Customer, nothings too much trouble, I don't have to wait for ever for a response to requests and/or queries. One of Serge's staff called Patrik is a perfect example of how the ethos and standards flows through the whole organisation. If you are looking to become better at whatever level of Photography you are at Serge and his Team are there waiting to welcome you and support you to a very high standard. Save time in trawling through loads of websites and try Serge first, you will save yourself a lot of time.

I signed up for a course but became ill and was not able to take course. I kept thinking I would be better, but after 8 months was still not able to participate. I sent request asking if they would consider a refund. Serge kindly approved partial refund with credit towards class in the future (I am determined to return to the point that I can participate). Serge Ramelli's courses are by far the best photo courses online, Serge explains in such a good way so it's very easy to understand. And the prices are cheap if you compare them with what you got.

There are a lot of terrific photography and image processing teachers on the Internet. Over the past 15 years I have learned a lot from many of them. I can honestly say that Serge's courses--especially his black and white course, his cityscape and landscape courses and his Photoshop courses are unbeatable. Fun, informative and super easy to learn from.

I like his tutorials but far too much marketing to upsell after an intitial purchase. It took me several times to unsubscribe, probably 5-6 times. Finally, the emails stopped. The content is GREAT, the pestering marketing emails are too much.

Patrik was very good and helped me with what I needed and quickly! Excellent support!

It is always great to listen to Serge's photography presentations, there is always something new to learn.

I had a question concerning a technique he uses. I contacted them and they were more than helpful. They went way above what I was hoping to get in a response.

What an experience. I am always interested in how other take their images. The segment called My favorite Camera Settings for Landscapes was a dooser.
It showed me away to setup using manual and getting the most out of the shot. Then it took the images and with Lightroom showed how to get the most out of the image and change them to a better image using masking and presets.
Forever the amateur, I just keep learning.

I purchased a course last year and somehow it disappeared from my library. Patrik was very quick to answer my emails and put the course back into my account.

I purchased a course from Serge Ramelli and it hadn't appeared in my library overnight, so I contacted Patrik and he solved the issue straight away.

I was appalled that I paid $27.00 for presets which I didn't get. Instead, I heard Sergio and Michaels speak for 1 1/2 hours. This was truly a bait and switch. Not only did he steal time from me but also my money. I am a senior citizen, and I am learning photography because I like it and it keeps my mind sharp. I want a refund. I feel that I was taken advantage of.

I have followed Serge for many years both on Youtube and through the purchase of many of his tutorials. Serge is a great teacher. His photographic eye and artistic skills are amazing. His training tutorials are easy to follow and full of great information that has provided me with hours of expertise that is unsurpassed. His support team led by Patrik is exceptional.
