I still am waiting for the product to be delivered. It is long past due. No refund. No follow up from the company. Why don't they track thier orders to ensure the customer gets the product.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I initially ordered a Canon g7x Mark II camera from the photospecialist.ie site on the 19/08/2023. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email but I gave it until the following Monday because I had ordered on a Saturday. It never came. I emailed customer service (CS) and not receiving an email confirming the order on 21/08/2023. I got a response on the same day enclosing my order invoice and I was informed but the CS agent that the camera was out of stock (why was my order successful if they couldn’t fulfil it within their advertised 4 days delivery idk) and it was ordered and I should receive a tracking link in a few days. Again nothing came. After 7 days I emailed for an update, no response. I forwarded the email chain to the .co.uk CS email and I was told that they didn’t know how long it would take for the cameras to be delivered and I could be waiting up to a month. Then a later response at the beginning of September said they were receiving stock from their supplier this week. I emailed yesterday 7/9/2023 for an update about stock and I am informed that they don’t know when they will get stock in and suggest again that I cancel my order.
I finally gave up and cancelled my order and I hope they are swift with issuing my refund.

Happy with my experience. Order arrived a little later than expected but not really an issue. Had to follow up to get tracking details but received a quick response from customer service after which tracking details and invoice was supplied promptly. Would be happy to order again in the future.

I bought an expensive pair of binoculars from photospecialist.ie, which I needed to be delivered within 10 days in order to have them for a holiday.

On the positive side, the price was very good and the item was exactly as ordered. Also, every staff member I talked to was very professional.

I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipment confirmation - from other reviews, it looks like the site is having problems sending emails from its .ie address - having never used the site before, this was worrying and made me wonder whether the site was legitimate.

Emailing their .ie address didn't work. I think their info AT photospecialist.co.uk address does work though.

If you call their number, you get put on hold and the call ends after 10 minutes waiting. Very frustrating! However, they do offer the option of a callback, and they do actually call you back consistently.

My item was delayed for nearly a week apparently because a lower value item (a monopod) took some time to locate. This was also frustrating - I wouldn't have ordered this item if I thought it would cause a delay.

They responded by email when I sent an enquiry, I was charged for shipping, but the package never arrived. A courier never came to my door.

Quick delivery, very good quality, very happy

Second time purchasing in last 2 weeks. Ordered a Sony Cf A memory card followed by a Spyder X elite. Excellent prices and delivery arrived as per turnaround in a few days. Cheaper by far than anywhere else I could find and fast delivery. Delighted with service and will purchase from again.

Address system on the order page is a little funny to use.

I’m still waiting on my order to arrive and radio silence from the company. I paid extra for insurance and still nothing. Very upset and it looks like I’ll need to contact my credit card company to sort it out.

Cheaper than most online retailers. Delivered product to my country in about three days which was pretty fast. Item arrived in well packed box. Item correct working perfect. No email confirmation of sale, No contact: If you need to contact photospecialist about order, don’t bother, never an answer from phone or email support. Overall pretty good, but with its flaws also.

Order came as expected.
I purchased an LG 29inch widescreen and it was dispatched as soon as it was ordered and arrived in good time.
Seller communicated well over email.
Happy with experience.

Most competitive pricing and prompt delivery - only minor issue was that I did not receive any order confirmation after payment. Support was useful in resolving this as soon as I asked.
