We used the cutouts as centerpieces at our son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner. The guests loved them. Even the staff at the venue commented on them. The cutouts sparked conversation and reminiscing. They really added to the mood of the event.

I have ordered statuettes for several years and have had problems the last two years. Bases arrived in the wrong color, one base was cut incorrectly, orders taking longer than websites states it will. This year, the construction was changed to what I feel made a product of lesser quality for a slightly higher price. These issues, aside from price increase, were corrected but caused my delivery to my customer to be late. I

I had statuettes of all of my grandchildren except one. I was happy to find photostatuettes. My littlest granddaughter looks so cute and is now shown with all of her cousins and sister.

Love my statuettes! Nicer than most I've seen, solid and picture is double-sided. Great Product!

PhotoStatuettes crates great products, and I love how the finished products look. The trouble is that they are not thorough in checking the options I selected when placing the order, and I have yet to get an order that doesn't have something done wrong - either with the wrong color base used, the wrong item made, etc. I often need these in a time-sensitive manner, and to get an incomplete order costs me time and money, and it makes me look bad to my clients as their orders are delayed as a result. Getting a replacement takes a long time as there seems to be no sense of urgency to right the error immediately. There is also no consideration for my time lost in having to have these items redone nor a refund offered for having paid for expedited shipping / processing and not getting the correct item in the time frame promised.
