From the moment we arrived we were met with a warm welcome! Ross was absolutely amazing with my daughter, the thoughtful touches such as ensuring that the studio was warmed prior to our arrival, baby songs playing in the background and a totally child led approach.
At no point did we feel rushed or pressured and in fact we felt like family.
The photos were absolutely amazing and really captured the fun that we had.
I was a bit hesitant about whether there would be pressure to purchase expensive packages however at Photo Stoke this was absolutely not the case.
In fact Ross shared his expert opinion on helping to narrow down photos and there was no pressure at all. The digital photos were available immediately so no faffing about with coming back to view them which was fantastic.
What a fantastic way to spend my daughters first birthday by having her cake smash captured in this incredibly friendly studio.

For someone who is very camera shy, I was made to feel so welcome and so comfortable. Ross is absolutely amazing - he is so cheery, so happy and so easy to be around. He makes you feel completely at ease and can read his subject so well - he knows what will look good, how to stage the photo, what works well - a true professional. I really cant recommend them highly enough, they truly are fantastic - and will laugh with you at the dodgy pics!!!!! There is absolutely no pressure to sell photos or packages, but their pictures are so good its hard to resist!!!
