BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I paid just 0.50 euros to edit a photo for passport....i gave them my credit card and after 48 hours, without a notice, without asking me, took 40 euros from my account.
That time exactly, my bank notified me about it and I sent them a cancellation, asking for my money back.
After two days they answered me, that they can....
BEWARE of this company.... it's not about the money.... it's about how they look their customers....so pity for them.....

A scam website

A scam website: they charge .5cents for a single photo for passport (ok) but they Start charging 39.90€ per month(!!!!) for a service they do not inform you they subscribe you.
Tha passport photo was so doctored (they removed glasses w/o option to keep them) that could not be used.
The subscription is a pure scam. AVOID THEM!

Charge money for doing nothing

Charge money for doing nothing
Do not use this.
In small writing they say it only costs €0,50.
Was charged €120 in total after that.
For zero.
This should be illegal.

Your reply is hypocritical: because we have had contact on that exact mail adress.
You say you do'nt refund money.
While nothing was used ever.
Als no mails for payment confirmation to hide from users that you're stealing their money.
You should be ashamed to be alive.

A scam website that sneakily get you to subscribe and then charge your card within 48 hours and have a terrible service and customer service,avoid at all costs

Hidden account and unauthorized deduction

Hello, as i see i am not the only one having a problem with an unknow subscription. I paid 0.50 EUR on 3.02.2026 for getting a photo for an ID card. one day later, on 4.02.2026 i have noticed that a bigger amount, EUR 39,90 has been deducted from my credit card, for a subscription which i did not made. My request is to reimborse the EUR 39,90 to my credit card account immediately. Thank you!
