super happy with our bedroom wall…

Super happy with our bedroom wall mural--Peonies Ash! Absolutely beautiful! I took my time looking at quite a number of murals and landed on this one in the end. It was exactly what I wanted! My husband put it up in about 3 hours! We're both really happy with the result! Great experience!

Package arrived damage and I paid extra…

Package arrived damaged however their customer service was attentive and replaced the order with rushed shipping. I gave a lower review originally but did not give the company a chance to make it right. Customer service more than made up for everything and quality is amazing!

I love my wall!

Great looking wallpaper but...

Great looking wallpaper, but it didn't stick to the wall, one of the core goals of peel-stick paper. Eventually you sent me replacement wallpaper that I could glue on, which is the method I was trying to avoid.

This product completely transformed my space! It’s beautiful. The instructions and all the supplies were helpful. All I needed was a bucket, a stir stick and some time. The paper has held up and many compliments later, I’m enjoying it! Will purchase more in the future!

Custom Print - Disappointed...

***Update, they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I am thoroughly satisfied and will be working on my next order with them soon.

Really disappointed in the quality of the print. It's very pixelated and looks really bad. It was a custom print so I could not see how it will turn out because in the preview provided, everything looked great. Other companies would at least send a message to the customer, for the sake of quality control, to warn if image is going to be very pixelated. No one wants to waste $200+ on a bad mural. If that were the case I could of either changed the mural or I could have turned the image into a vector to enlarge it, something. This is my 3rd order from Photowall and I feel let down.

Quality product and customer service

First sample was lost in transit so customer service immediately sent out another with expresss delivery at no charge. Mural selections were fantastic, with many patterns and colorways to choose from. Paper arrived in a much smaller container than expected but when opened, was simply packaged with genius organization and efficiency. Paper quality is substantial enough to be easily applied, and flexible enough to easily trim. Seams mached precisely, and cost was very reasonable. Love the beautiful effect on my newly renovated bathroom! Would definitely use this company again.

Beautiful Mural and wonderful experience

The quality is outstanding, and it has truly transformed the room—the colors and detail are absolutely beautiful.it’s definitely the focal point now!

Ouch Proof of how Photowall feels about customers!!!

First order had a slit in the paper but I was using for my resin furniture pieces and due to my customer’s timeline I used as it but the spacing was glaring.

I explained to Photowall my issue but due to needing to strip the furniture ASAP to redo I unfortunately didn’t take the picture to have this order replaced free of charge. I understood their policy and reordered another one at full price and Photowall agreed to expedite the production and offered to cover the expediting the shipment.

I really thought this was very reasonable so was happy to move forward. To my surprise, as I was tracking the order via Fedex I saw that the customs documentation provided to the carrier by Photowall was incomplete and had to be resubmitted. Speaking with FedEx I was advised over 5 days that Photowall had been notified and had not responded even though I had asked for confirmation directly to Photowall the day Fedex had put this on hold. I called and was advised that Lovely was my contact and that she would be notified of my call and would follow up with me if I submitted yet another email inquiry. Still there was no response but Fedex advised me that due to no response they had returned the product to sender.

I then put in a request for a refund which only then did I get a response that they had been working with Fedex and had submitted the corrected customs documentation, but again no change to fedex’s online status or call center.
Amazingly when I requested they honor their satisfaction guarantee and refund my money I received a snarks response saying that they received my request and as I had waited this long I could wait longer for a response.
I guess i’m glad this happened as I was considering using this company so I’d say I dodged a bullet on this one to find out how they really thought of their customers.
