Ordered five 70x100cm posters
Ordered five 70x100cm posters. The print quality was as i expected it to be, but it's clear that the source image they use is not meant for this size. The images are grainy when looking closely, but then again not too noticeable at distance. Not a major issue.
The packaging the prints came in, was terrible. The prints were placed in carton cylinder as one would expect, but the plastic caps on the ends of it weren't attached in any way. Caps were loose and moving freely within the carton delivery box. This caused the large prints to slide out of the cylinder they were in, into the delivery box, causing the edges to become beaten/wrinkly. I was able to iron out most of the damage done but this was very second rate performance from the package department. If they would have attached the caps on the cylinder by a simple tape or something, and/or shorten the delivery box to proper length, nothing would have been wrong.
Not going to recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Wallpaper texture completely different
In the website and in the ordered sample the wallpaper had an even smooth blended pastel soft look. In real life there was a very coarse and strong canvas texture (original photo most likely taken from a small painting and blown up for the wallpaper) that could not be seen even if you zoom in in the most close up picture on the website. Customer service replied that the wallpaper needs a viewing distance as they will not look good in a close-up view. However, the coarse structure was visible from several meters away and there was no way of knowing there would be such a texture.

The wallpaper looked pixelated and low-quality. The material had a plastic feel to it and felt cheap. I was able to return it though.

All our images are carefully selected and optimized for high-resolution printing as murals. Sometimes, for larger murals, it's best to step back a bit to appreciate the full design.
To help you visualize the final product, we recommend ordering a printed sample before placing the full wallpaper order. This will give you a realistic idea of the color, texture, and overall look of the wallpaper.

All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole.
They are printed on non-woven material, made to be durable and easy to work with.
You can always order a printed sample before ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea of what the image quality and wallpaper quality would look like in print and up close.

Just OK. Probably would not order again.
I ordered a 100x30 canvas print of a photo I had taken. The ordering process was easy and delivery quite quick. Although I am not entirely unhappy with my purchase, I gave only 3 stars.
- I wish there had been a "proofing" step with ordering my print. The coloring in the photo is very dark. If I had seen this before the canvas print was made, I would have asked for the print to be lightened slightly.
- The print corner folding was not done very well and they are "bulky" almost bubbling. Fortunately on the wall I placed the canvas print, no one will see this.
I think I my rating would have been much higher with more thorough work even if it had taken a bit longer.

The wallpaper was great but glue not good quality
The wallpaper was great, I absolutely love the image, and good quality, but please note that the glue that is provided with the wallpaper is horrible quality. Professional renovating company was not able to install the wallpaper with this glue (it was really complicated and taking forever) but I had to go purchase new glue in order to get the work done. So I advise to get a different glue and not use the one that is delivered with the wallpaper.

As part of the assembly instructions, the paste must have a nice and thick consistency and not to use more than four liters of water when mixing. It must be applied directly on the wall surface, which is completely smooth, non-moisture absorbent, dry, and clean for the paste to adhere properly.

When placing an order for wallpaper you can chose our standard or premium material.
Standard and premium are the same non-woven wallpaper. But we add a thin laminate layer on the premium material. This makes it more scratch-resistant, you can use mild cleaning products on it and the laminate layer also gives the premium material a matte finish.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an indication of what the image quality will look like in print.
We have a 30 day return policy for unassambled items, so if you haven't started installing the wallpaper you are always free to send it in return and receive a refund. Please contact us if you would like us to help you with this.
