We’ve been using PHPTRAVELS and overall the experience has been very good. The platform includes a lot of features for running a travel business, especially for flights, hotels, tours, B2B agents, payments, and supplier integrations.

What I liked most is that the system is self-hosted, so you have much more control compared to many subscription-based platforms. The team has also been helpful whenever we needed guidance or technical support.

There is definitely a learning curve because the software has many modules and settings, but once everything is configured properly, it becomes much easier to manage.

Overall, PHPTRAVELS is a solid option for travel agencies looking for a complete booking platform with the flexibility to customize and expand it over time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with PHPTRAVELS. I purchased their **Enterprise travel software package** believing I was getting a complete, professional travel booking platform, but what I received was full of problems and nowhere near what I expected from the description.

Many of the modules looked like they were included, but in reality they were more like **empty shelves**. To make flights, hotels, transfers and other services properly operational, more integrations and additional work were required, often with extra charges.

The best way I can describe it is: **it felt like buying a car and then discovering the engine was not included.**

When we reported bugs and asked for problems to be fixed, communication became increasingly difficult and we were asked for more money instead of getting the issues resolved properly. Eventually, access and communication also became a problem.

I have evidence of my payments, screenshots, correspondence and the order showing the Enterprise package. One of their own staff members, **Faysal**, was involved and can confirm the difficulties we experienced.

What concerns me even more is that their website pricing and package information appears to have changed significantly since I purchased, making it much harder to see exactly what was previously advertised as included.

I have now raised a formal payment dispute because I believe the software and service supplied were **materially not as described**.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering PHPTRAVELS gets **every single module, supplier integration, feature, support obligation and extra charge confirmed in writing before making any payment.

I am using customer login credentials and what i am facing is like the website is loading and loading it is taking much time to show all the flights and some times it's just loading the page not returning anything. stucked to use it. not liked that much. it must need to improve.
