I live in Kinmel bay.. When out and about I see these guys vans everywhere so when it came for me to need a new radiator in a room that has been turned into a bedroom a while ago from a living room that had no existing plumb work I knew I wanted to try these guys out...
They are a Local family run business (like mine) so it was the obvious choice and I'm glad I did..
From the Initial first point of contact the lady was extremely friendly and she arranged for a lad who was in the area to come out that evening.. We explained what we wanted and needed so it was a supply and fit job as quick as possible as my 7 and half month old baby had moved in to that room with me .. He had a look and they came back with a quote by the next day which was easy to accept or reject online...
I accepted and within a few days after that the team arrived.. 3 I think and they were extremely professional friendly lovely easy going and hardworking and cleaned up after themselves it was on a whole a very positive experience from beginning to end and I will surely be recommending them to my large family.. (not so large) friends lol and clients and I hope they get a postive easy experience as me.
Keep up the good work and I will sure be using you again in the future..

Managed to get a complete install through the eco scheme. Can't be happier, as now have a warm home, free of damp!

PHR came and replaced my boiler with a new energy efficient boiler and I’m delighted with the service provided from start to finish, the office staff were very friendly and sorted everything out and all staff very professional! They also arranged for underfloor insulation to be fitted downstairs which was all done by a great team. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them for any future work I may need!

I had my soil pipe changed from the original cast iron to a modern plastic one as the old one was cracked and leaning to one side . This was dealt with promptly,professionally and safely . A neat and tidy job by the lads . Very friendly and came when they said they would. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

From start to finish the company were nothing but professional. My home was left spotless and my bathroom and cooker sorted

PHR installed a boiler and completely renovated my bathroom. They took out the old shower, toilet and sink. They helped me redesign my bathroom. They were so professional and polite. They did everything from floor tiles to shower boards to shower, toilet and sink. They were amazingly patient with me as I changed my mind on a few things during the re-fit. I would highly recommend this company.

My overall experience from PHR was excellent. The team were reliable and efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

I have used PHR several times recently, they installed a new boiler for me, Ben and Bruce did a fantastic job nothing was too much trouble, really clean and tidy workmanship. Bruce has been back several times over recent weeks regarding a troublesome vertical radiator, his attention to detail and workmanship is fault less and I would highly recommend him. Also, Sam in the office needs a big mention because she goes above and beyond to try and assist you where she can. Jordan, you have a great team whom you should be very proud of and hold on to them. I would highly recommend PHR Plumbing and Heating Renewables Limited.

Had a new boiler fitted by PHR Plumbing. Great job & my home is so much warmer. They 2 guys who fitted it did a brilliant job leaving the house clean & tidy, then fully explained how to use the thermostat. Excellent customer service & would definitely recommend to all.

PHR fitted a complete central heating system and boiler for me work was done to a very high standard. Have no hesitation recommending them, and would certainly use them again.

Nobody wants the expense or hassle of replacing a boiler. The choice of what to get, stay with a standard heating system or swap to a combi? All the confusing prices for a boiler you might not need. PHR helped me with exactly what I needed and what worked best for me. Not what cost the most or what was easiest for them to fit.

I can honestly say Chris and his team at PHR from the start of getting a quote to installation of our new boiler were absolutely perfect!

Had a new boiler and Cavity wall insulation installed by PHR under an Eco Scheme and I couldn't be happier! Work was completed within 3 days, the guys were lovely and did a very tidy job. Customer service was exceptional and the surveyor was so helpful! Didn't cost me a penny! Definitely feel the difference in the house too, would definitely recommend 100%

I had some work carried out at my property by PHR under the Eco scheme. The whole process from start to finish was easy and great communication was given by the whole team. The surveyors were helpful and explained everything i could get to improve my property. The installers for my cavity wall, loft and boiler were all helpful, tidy and hard working. I am thoroughly delighted with how energy efficient my property now is and cannot thank this company enough.

I had a new boiler fitted and the removal of an old hot water system and some other plumber related stuff too (new rads etc)

I can not fault them, one of the best plumbing companies I have ever used, they keep you updated, they arrive promptly and work extremely hard. The staff are extremely friendly and professional.
