This wonderful family use techniques that our English therapists don't use yet, you go to see them all bent and twisted and come out feeling as light as air with your posture corrected. They don't just provide an amazing experience, they get to the root of the problem. I have been several times and felt like a new woman every time. More people should know about this wonderful family.

I came to Elena and Dima with multiple pains in my back and bad posture after labour. Within 7 sessions of neurotherapy I felt significant pain relief, my posture has improved and I felt emotionally and physically lighter. I also appreciate that they showed easy and quick exercises which help to build the right posture. These exercises were really beneficial for me and they provided a thorough treatment that was value for money

I have been visiting Elena for a few months now with problems in my back, neck, shoulder, feet and also with my posture. Today I have experienced Dima giving me massage treatment with Elena too. They both listened in a caring, compassionate manner then treated my issues. I always leave feeling so much lighter and can move my body with ease. It's been nearly 6 months since I've started my journey with Elena and Dima. From having pain in my back,shoulders and being unable to move properly I've arrived to the point where I'm absolutely healthy, and not only me. My lovely 6-years old daughter had problems with the posture and this guys not only helped her,but they have explained what we need to do at home to prevent any of those symptoms and they have explained the reasons of our problems (and sometimes there weren't only physical)
What can I say,the are simply the BEST PHYSIOS I have ever met,fully of knowledge, always prepared and simply nice and lovely people.

I have had problems with my thigh and knees for about 7 years due to a fall. I had tried so many things to help the pain but nothing worked until now. I feel the best I have in years thanks to Elena and Dima!
