Sadly Trustpilot doesn’t allow ratings of less than one star as it’s less than useless, being little more than a bait and switch scam. I had no idea I’d signed up for anything other than a trial, the email confirmation sent had no t&cs or details of any monthly charges. The diagnostic questionnaire was completely useless. I have no idea if attempting to unsubscribe from the service will actually work. Also highly unethical preying on the worries of injured and disabled people physiocheck suckers in with their useless diagnostic questionnaire. There are many much better physio apps than don’t need to use scam tactics to find subscribers.

It confirmed what I already thought the problem was

This self-check was very thorough. More thorough than any of those given to me by in-persin medical professionals.

Did a lot of exercises to fill out the survey for a back problem. This was painful but I thought it would diagnose the problem. The questions took 15 minutes, then rather than suggesting possible causes for my back pain, it asked me for money. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Scary accurate results after seeing an orthopedic doc. I mean they nailed it. Instead of spending several $hundred to see the PT 2x a week, so inconvenient, I am going to try their PT videos and see what happens. For those claiming this company is a scam, my results were $1.75, that’s BS. I am 50 years old and I knew that I would be required to pay for something for the results if I went through this in-depth questionnaire, that this company obviously had to have spent a lot of time and money to build. I bet some of you calling these folks scammers have answered a questionnaires to see if your a physic and left those creators a bad review for your results, and just like with this company you should have known nothing worth having in this life is free, especially the good stuff. Anyway, time to do some PT exercises. Hopefully I can leave a 5 star review later when I am pain free!!!

Physiocheck helped me pinpoint specific causes and solutions for my chronic neck pain affordably and within minutes! I wish I'd looked into them sooner. I don't usually write reviews but was so impressed with all of the info I received after 2 years of struggling with this annoying pain. Highly recommend!

AWFUL programs with unbearable robot voice. Impossible to cancel as everything is in Dutch. They don’t respond to emails nor do they provide a phone number for cancelation. Total scam.

Physiocheck.is a SCAM. In the Terms and Conditions it says, “You can cancel at any time via account settings.“ That is a lie! If you sign up, the site will not provide an option anywhere that allows you to cancel your subscription. I sent them a message and I am still waiting to hear from them. I have been paying them every month since August 2025. They deserve to be arrested and sent to prison. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I'll have to convince myself, but they seem serious enough to go beyond the trial !

You must tell that before starting the diagnosis and all that you will charge money foe the results this is totally insane it hurts

Scam site, I'm in severe pain, just about to call the doctor, I do this online test, it was painfull, but I made through it, in the end pay money to receive your diagnosis. Such a SCAM site should not operate, I'm sending this to my friend review farm and they will be bombing the f*** out of your reviews, shut down this scam site now !

While I was hoping that this would be free, after the extensive and thorough questions that were asked, I had a feeling I would not get my results for free unless I was willing to pay a fee. However, the small fee of $3.50 was well worth getting the results and 7-day trial. Also, I looked for and it was made clear from the beginning that if I didn’t cancel my subscription after the 7-day trial I would be charged a monthly fee of about $17. That is so much more affordable for me than going to see a physical therapist.
My exercises were targeted, well-explained by the video and I love how they have the automatic countdown and rest sessions so you don’t have to worry about counting reps and sets.
At this time, I feel it is well worth it. Will report back again after I have completed several weeks of therapy and report any improvement or not.

Automatically charged me for a subscription I didn't sign up for. Horrible practice, scam.

Great questions. Felt like I was with a physical therapist.
