I’ve been seeing Tomasz for many years and can’t recommend him highly enough. He has helped me with a wide range of issues over time, and every single visit has been effective and reassuring. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to understand what’s really going on rather than just treating symptoms. Whenever I have a problem, he’s the first person I go back to, and I always leave feeling better and confident about my recovery. An excellent physio who genuinely cares about his patients.

Tomasz is an expert in assessing and diagnosing the pain in my neck. After the immediate intervention the pain reduced. I was prescribed several excersises and within a few visits now the pain is completely gone.

Great service, prompt response, very reasonable pricing. Tomasz is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, but also was able to provide immediate practical suggestions.

I had to have total replacement of both knees, the operations taking place a year apart. After the first one Tomasz worked hard with massage and exercises to get my leg moving so that I was able to move around using a frame although I was in a lot of pain from the other leg. He returned after the second operation and with a lot of encouragement I am now able to move around freely indoors with just a stick outside to boost confidence. I would never have got this far without his support and always encouraging me that things will get better. I recommend Tomasz very much. I visited him with a shoulder pain but then it turned out that the problem was in my neck. Tomasz is super thorough, patient and professional. He gave me the right diagnosis and created a range of exercises. I see improvement after a few months!

I’m not writing the reviews often, but the level of knowledge that Tomasz has and the care that he gives to his patients is truly outstanding and deserves recognition. He is the first physiotherapist that I can recommend in every aspect.

Tomasz is a physiotherapist with great knowledge, skills, and a professional approach. He is very thorough in his examinations and can accurately find the cause of issues. He explains everything as he goes, explains why he does things and what effect his actions will have. I used his services a few times and he helped with my muscle issues each time. The pain would go away and I would get my full fitness back. His work place looks and feels professional and comforting. Tomasz is helpful and engaged and many of the exercises he prescribes can be done at home. Thoroughly recommended.

I was discharged from hospital in a very weak physical state, unable to walk. I was very depressed about my future. Within one week of seeing Tomasz everyday I had gained a little strength and a little more movement in my legs. He gave me much needed confidence that I would recover and be able to walk again. Over a ten week period of seeing him regularly I progressed from a stand aid and crutches to finally walking unaided. My quality of life is all that I could wish for and is still totally down to Tomasz. He did a huge variety of progressive exercises, massage, manipulation and more. In between visits I had exercises to follow. I still visit Tomasz regularly for sports massage in his beautiful studio with state of the art equipment. He deserves his success as he is dedicated in his calm, kind and professional manner to achieving the best results for you that he can. He has changed my life and I absolutely recommend him.
