Excellent Quality & Service
I admit I was skeptical ordering jewellery online, but I cannot express just how delighted I am with the necklaces I purchased. Excellent quality, beautifully boxed, quick delivery (standard service). So pleased that I have now ordered a matching bracelet and another different necklace. Not cheap, but well worth what I have paid as the quality is fabulous.

Excellent customer service experience. I ordered a clasp to shorten a necklace which was despatched within two days but posted to an incorrect address by Parcel Force. A second was despatched by Pia immediately - Parcel Force declared that that had also been delivered (but who knows where!). Again, Pia despatched a third clasp - using a different delivery firm. This one arrived as it should have done.
Finally ordered - wasn't disappointed!
I've been so tempted to order from Pia many times in the past, but finally bought a hat, pair of sunglasses and bracelet. I am so delighted with each product, they are really good quality and arrived promptly and were packed carefully. I will certainly be back as there are so many lovely things available from this company!

Poor quality product. Customer service ok
I bought from this brand years ago so I thought I'd purchase a gift from here recently (April 2024) I am very disappointed for the price point at how quickly (within weeks) the earrings were broken. Will not be purchasing here again. Will stick with using sites that advertise smaller companies (E**y) in future as much better value for money and quality of product.
I will say I've given 2 stars because the product is sold out so they have at least agreed to refund me. My complaint is about quality of product.
Unwanted mailing catalogues after bereavement
I'm writing this in response to an email from customer service at Pia Jewellery.
My late aunt, was the purchaser but passed away 12 months ago and at that time, I contacted all her mailing contacts to advise the circumstances and cease sending any correspondence including marketing catalogues etc. I also registered with organisations that advise no contact with a bereavement. This request was acknowledged by Pia at that time, by way of an email.
All was well until today 26th February 2024, when visiting the address, we found yet another marketing catalogue from Pia.
Does asking for removal of data mean nothing? If that's the case then what is the point of GDPR, where you have the right to request removal of personal details?
They emailed me today after I first had to go through the same scenario, to say that they have now removed the data but, as their catalogues are issued in advance, there may still be one or two posted out? Why? Not had any for months until today?
I'm angry, frustrated and completely disappointed with Pia who seem clueless in dealing with bereavement requests from family members. It is bad enough without having to endure unnecessary mail items, plus having to repeat the process to remove said information again! . Disgraceful.
UPDATE 29th Feb 2024: Pia did reach out to me and were very apologetic which was much appreciated. Let's hope that's an end to it.

Shocking company quick to take your money
Placed an pre order order in February with a expected dispatch date 23/02/2023, still waiting for the item on the website the dispatch date keeps changing or says out of stock, rang customer services 4times and get fobbed off with the same answer, this is a shocking company to buy from quick to take your money no emails to say there a delay on your order, would never buy from them again and would never recommend them to anyone, will take up a dispute with PayPal over this shocking company
Where's my handbag !
Ordered handbag 11 March expecting delivery between 3/5 days. As of 1st April - two e- mails one of which I was told it would be sent out shortly - recent telephone call told it would be sent out end of week later - still no

Don't even want to give them 1 star only did it so I can send my details. Ordered earing for mother's day over 2 weeks ago. They haven't arrived. I've had no emails of what is happening I've had to ring 3 times only to be told last week that they may go out Friday or tomorrow. So angry oh and money was taken right away.

Pia Jewellery is a complete shambles and a disgrace. On Monday I ordered a birthday present and paid for next day delivery. 4 working days and 5 phone calls and emails later, the item has still not arrived, the delivery company has no trace of it, I have been unable to speak to a manager at Pia and there is no explanation for what it going on. The birthday has been completely ruined. I am appalled by the treatment I have experienced and the fact that I have to give this company any stars at all.

Ordered quite a few items from this company. Orders have always arrived on time and I’ve always been pleased with the quality of their jewellery! Once an item broke and Pia shipped out a replacement which was free:)!
Customer service is dreadful
Ordered an item nearly 4 weeks ago. They've taken the money but no sign of the item. 5 calls to customer service getting nowhere. Promises to get back to me made but no action. Appreciate times are difficult but some response would be nice.
