I have tried quite a few approaches to piano and while I already had a fairly strong musical foundation, I didn't have the freedom in improv and playing by ear that I wished I had. I purchased the Ult... See more

Hi, I'm Jacques, I teach regular people To learn songs they actually like With the fastest online piano course Learning piano doesn't have to take years. You don't have to labor over boring practice and tedious drills. You don't have to only play songs from hundreds of years ago. Learning piano can be faster, more fun, and easier than you thought. Let me show you how.

I took 2 years of piano in my 30’s and it never made sense. Now in my 60’s, I’m on day 8 and Jacques explains everything so clearly it is making sense. I am progressing and having fun. I love that Jacques doesn’t edit out a mistakes he makes when playing. It makes me feel like I can really do this. Highly recommend this course.
Great communication from the start ! Jacques is very supportive on your musical journey !
The concept of learning a simplified version of piano focusing on chords rather than notes is very appealing. I am in the early stages of the online classes but have found the lessons specific and progressive. I have a positive attitude about the process and and making progress much more quickly than when I was learning piano using conventional methods. I look forward to each new lesson. Jacques is responsive and has personally contacted me with encouragement. That is quite a feat given the number of students that I am certain he maintains relationships with. I recommend this class to anyone who wants an alternative to traditional tutoring.
I took piano lessons as a child but never felt that I could play songs. I’m on day 14 and can play songs well enough to sing along. This course has helped me sooooo much. Jacques is a great teacher. I highly recommend the course.
I’ve tried to learn piano for years. Piano in 21 days is my first success story. Thank you
Since I am new to piano, is hard for me to rate how good is this compared to others but I found it easy to understand and have to practice a lot to get both hands to coordinate well. Currently halfway through and continue to learn on...
This course started out great and got me playing a catchy rhythm fast but after the first ten days, I didn’t find much useful. Teaching more chords that most people will never play (sus etc. chords) but not much in the way of playing songs. If you want to play along to songs you write, this could work for you but if you want more ideas on rhythm patterns then this isn’t for you. Overall I am disappointed with this course, a lot of money with not a lot of substance beyond ten lessons (five of which were given free before signing up, so in essence five lessons). I can play a basic rhythm but not as stylish as I’d like by a long shot. My advice is keep looking, there’s better out there.
I am so happy that I have decided to make this investment in my lifelong dream of playing the piano. Jacque's passion and enthusiasm is contagious and though it takes hard work and lots of practice, working through the course with Jacques is incredibly satisfying. I still have a long way to go, but I love the journey - it is so enjoyable and exciting!
It breaks it up to make is easy and not to overwhelming
Lessons are clear with just the right amount to learn for each day's material.
I love that I don't have to learn sheet music, only learning to accompany.
I've been a drummer both professionally and casually for over 50 years. Drums are all I've known. I have wanted to learn how to play a more "musical" instrument for a long time. I have tried multiple online piano courses but found them to be a chore rather than enjoyable. I've found the answer in Piano In 21 Days. Jaques breaks it down and makes learning the piano way more fun! Now I look forward to moving through course. The only thing that bums me out is that with my work schedule I don't get to sit at the piano as much as I would like🤣. Thanks Jaques for being there on demand!
The lessons are very well constructed and clear. The handbook was also very useful as I took it with me when I had to travel out of town. The exercises are great reinforcement.
I like the sequence of lessons and exercises for basic piano playing. I've been challenged to play each step/day lesson for the sequence of piano skills to be learned. I've only progressed to Day5 in the 'Piano in 21 Days'. I'm trying to be proficient at the 'medium' speed ('fast' is too much!). My age and dexterity is an issue. I'm looking forward to continuing with the 'Piano in 21 Days' (...guessing for the next 4+ months).
Jacques Hopkins' Piano in 21 Days has me hooked! Engaging, challenging, FUN exercises make it a joy to learn, practice, and (learn to) improvise. Jacques has a casual, personable teaching style and explains and demonstrates everything clearly and thoroughly. For me, this is more "Piano in 21 Lessons," rather than 21 Days, because I'm pokey AND I don't play every day (I know, I know ...) but it is enjoyable and effective, and has been worth every penny. Love it!
I started learning the piano as it was a family tradition for someone to play a bit. At 80 I took up this task. I liked the genuine interest shown towards my playing progress. Using my mobile phone the system works nicely as I the can practice in my spare time.
I learned amazing piano faster than I imagined! I highly recommend it!
I started out never playing a chord in my life on the piano, and now a little over a month since I started your program I'm playing some songs and getting a ton of enjoyment out of it. My wife and kids are pretty impressed with how far I've come in a month. :)
This course really jump-started my journey with learning the piano.
So I considered MANY online courses, including in-person instruction. Frustrated by the multitudes of online videos, I stumbled on Jacque's system and finally…finally, found what I believe is a universal approach to learning the piano.
I can't emphasize enough how teaching and course preparation is a skill of its own, and Jacques as an instructor is a natural. I have no doubt anyone can learn and play using this system. You're not just learning notes, you're learning a chord based approach that gets you playing quickly, but more importantly, laying a sound foundation so your playing can evolve whether it be playing songs or in my case creating my own!
And you're not left to fend on your own once you get the course. There's an online community of members at different skill levels should you have questions along the way. If you like, you can even share your progress on their Facebook page or forum.
There's been a lot of work and thought behind this course and I'm really happy I took the plunge. One less item on the bucket list!
