The whole experience from initial online application to collection was well managed. All the people dealt with, either by email, phone or face to face were very professional in their approach to the job in hand.
Time scales were met and the piano, although old was treated with care when collected.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Pianospeed for piano removal.

A highly efficient company that did what they said they would do at the times they said. Cheerful and highly efficient operatives. I doubt I will buy another piano but I would highly recommend this firm to anybody who is or wants one moved.

Was very impressed with Pianospeed. The access to the house is awkward. The approach is up a slope then down steps before the challenge of manoeuvring through my cottage. To think these boys got a baby grand up a flight of stairs as well! They were friendly, polite and thoroughly professional throughout. They took great care of the instrument and were respectful of my property. I spent a lot of money on the piano and was quite anxious about the delivery. I need not have been. Recommend this company without reservation.

My upright piano was moved and transported from my bungalow this morning in a superb operation.
Since arranging this removal at end of March I haven’t actually spoken to anyone but all enquiries and information have been replied to via email promptly and very professionally. Orlando and Steve arrived when expected and were smart,polite and so professional and careful. A pleasure to see them work with pride and respect.
They were at my property less than 15 mins but piano was out in about 5 which included 2 awkward turns at doorways- got the proper equipment. The 2 men then took great care in positioning and securing the piano on their vehicle.
I couldn’t be more grateful.

Adrian and Michal were absolute stars.
They moved one piano down from Manchester to Birmingham and one within Birmingham. They managed to squeeze the piano through the tightest of spaces (we have a very narrow hall and doorway) and made it all look completely effortless. They were super polite and friendly and even helped us put the front door back on its hinges (we had to remove it to get the piano through). Anastasia kept us informed of timings throughout. Would recommend 100%

I contacted the company 3 times to get a quote, twice on the phone, and never heard back. I was then charged £5 for the calls as the line is a business rate number which is not explained anywhere on the website. Incredibly disappointed.

Michal and Rad did a most amazing job and delivered and set up my acoustic grand piano professionally and placed it exactly where I requested them to. And Anastasia made it a point to communicate with and reassure me all the way through during the delivery process. I highly recommend Pianospeed. Thank you very much.

Krzysztof and Orlando delivered my new Yamaha Clavinova. From start to finish they took the utmost care. Cannot recommend them more highly, arrived slap bang in the middle of the projected time they promised despite their prior deliveries throughout the UK before arrival in Scotland. Great service - use them without hesitation!

PianoSpeed delivered a Yamaha CLP795 to my home in Oxford on 26 November 2021. I found their service simply excellent! Anastasia from customer services arranged the delivery. She was super professional and it was a joy to communicate with her both via email and over the telephone. Additionally, Michał and Krzysztof, who were the delivery crew, did a great job, too. They were on time, efficient and neat. They were also very polite and careful with everything regarding the delivery and assembly of the piano. I definitely recommend PianoSpeed to anyone who needs to move a piano within the UK.

Pianospeed has previously quoted 2x what my local (reputable, experts, insured, experienced movers) piano shop would charge for a relatively simple piano move, with lifts and no steps. On that occasion my local shop got the work.

Pianospeed markets itself as the people to call for complex piano moves involving heights, steps, awkward angles, and/or access via windows. Perfect for my latest move, I thought - we have all of those and more. I have contacted Pianospeed multiple times via various methods. No response.

If you're looking to move a piano, yes avoid box-shifters but don't fall for the hyperbole. Ask your piano tuner. Ask around locally. Everyone knows someone who knows someone who can help.

Communication with the office prior to delivery was excellent.

Your team arrived on time (earlier end of estimate) and did a great job thank you. They just got on quietly assembling the piano, gave a short demo of the controls, and left taking every last bit of packaging.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Absolutely excellent, in every respect. Helpful & courteous arrangements & notifications. The team was highly professional and expert, as well as courteous and friendly. They handled a not altogether easy move with a helpful "can do" approach, and the result was a quick and efficient job carried out with much care and minimum fuss.

Thank you for providing such great service. From the pre delivery communication, to the delivery on the day it really was first class. The delivery team were polite, efficient & a pleasure to deal with . I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so. First class.

5 stars - Professional in all ways. Delivery day and time pre-planned with care. Kept me informed on the delivery day and arrived as arranged. My piano was treated with great care at all times and it’s assembly in my home was faultless, first class. They had floor coverings to protect my floor which was appreciated. All packaging was taken away and my room was left neat and tidy with my piano fully functioning. I would certainly recommend Pianspeed.

Piano Speed have been absolutely wonderful in helping with a very last minute piano move. I cannot stress enough how wonderful they have been - emailing out of hours and rearranging their schedule to help us out at only 36 hours notice before the first move. All has gone smoothly and everyone I have spoken with both in the office and on the ground have been very friendly. Really good experience and would definitely work with Piano Speed again. I had two moves recently: collecting a big upright from the first floor, down a flight of stairs with a turn in it, then delivering a new piano to another address, again up stairs and round corners. Two friendly guys (same ones each time, which was nice) who knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional, very straightforward. I saw how important it is to have specialist piano movers, not just a ordinary removal firm.

Highly professional move of my beloved baby-grand from the 4th floor through a very narrow stair case to a new building up two floors through a slightly bigger stair case. It's poetry in motion to see these men work together in near silence. Would highly recommend!

Delivery was excellent. They were on time, with a message alert prior to arrival.
The two people who came into the home were very careful around doors, floors, etc, polite and very helpful. They even put together my piano stool for me, without being asked to and took pleasure in seeing my little girl play before they left.

Amazing service twice in a row - excellent communication and a 'can do', friendly attitude to match the professional service. Hugely recommended if you need a piano moved not just but also well.
