They are scammers. I purchased a proxy from them and they never delivered. They are a bunch of thieves. Please avoid. They blocked me on WhatsApp and every other platform. They are Chinese scammers, so arrogant

Overall, PIA offers the best proxies. Keeps my anonymity intact, I'm able to access restricted sites etc. Some ISP's are faster than others but still all works perfectly regardless of that difference. I like the longevity of each proxy connection. I'll give them 9/10 despite problems trying to use the control app these two days. Hopefully whatever the problem is they cab resolve it but apart from that I'm satisfied using the service

My experience with PIA Proxy has been a good one so far. A friend recommended it to me about 5 months back and I've been using it since then. The payment system is straightforward and the proxy system I chose gives me flexibility on when I want to use it as opposed to a monthly plan. Notwithstanding, I would like the PIA team to make the validity of each proxy used to be fixed rather than random. (e.g. 24 hours validity)

If I could give u zero star I would, how can someone pay for an ISP static proxy with easy and it's so difficult to get the proxy details, I've been searching every nook and cranny of my dashboard for my proxy details i can't find it anywhere, what kind of service do u run, ur customer support doesn't respond at all ..I regret using this service. Tout ce qu’il y a dans le plan LONG ACTING ISP sont faux. J’ai perdu 80$ pour rien du tous. Je suis à mon 7e essaye de IP aujourd’hui sans résultat. J’ai utilisé aucun IP. Très dessus et j’ai demandé a ce qu’on remplace le plan par RÉSIDENTIEL PROXIES mais toujours pas dessus réponse. Arnaque ou pas ? Je sais plus.

Everything in the LONG ACTING ISP plan is false. I lost $80 for absolutely nothing. I'm on my seventh IP attempt today with no results. I haven't used any IPs. I'm very disappointed and I asked them to replace the plan with RESIDENTIAL PROXIES, but I still haven't received a response. Is this a scam or not? I don't know anymore.
