Ne pare rau pentru inconvenientele create si va asiguram ca mereu actionam rapid si determinat atunci cand incercam sa rezolvam o situatie. Cu siguranta a fost un caz izolat independent de noi (greve, intarzieri vamale, etc).
Facem tot posibilul sa fim cat mai prompti si va multumim pentru mesaj.

Imi pare foarte rau sa aud acest lucruri si va asigur ca vom lua masurile necesare astfel inact acest lucru sa nu se mai intample.
Am observat ca exista o intarziere de cateva zile pentru comanda dvs si ne cerem scuze pentru acest lucru. Din pacate sunt situatii neprevazute pe care nu le putem preintampina dar va asiguram ca facem tot posibilul sa aflam in cat timp vor sosi produsele si vom reveni cu informatii.
Va multumim pentru intelegere.

Unexpected delay of the goods
Unexpected delay of the goods: 3 weeks on top of the 2-3 weeks estimated at the time of the order and advance payment of 40%.
Order was placed on 02.04.2019 and supposed to be delivered in 2 - 3 weeks. We were informed only on 10.05.2019 that goods arrived. Several previous delivery terms suggested after many phone calls in call-center were not realistic.
Most probably it was the first and last experience with piatraonline.ro.
There are a lot of other suppliers of rocks in Romania ... :(
Later edit: sunt de acord ca ati facut tot ceea ce tinea de dumneavoastra pentru a remedia problema si ati inteles ca timpul inseamna bani, insa modul in care ati ales sa (nu) comunicati ca exista o problema nu a fost in masura sa ne multumeasca.

Asa cum v-am transmis si telefonic, ne cerem scuze pentru inconvenientele pe care vi le-am creat. Noi am am facut tot ce a tinut de noi astfel incat aceasta comanda sa ajunga la timp. Acesta este unul dintre cazurile izolate, din pacate sunt situatii in care nu avem cum sa grabim livrarea (greve, controale vamale in urma carora tirurile cu marfa pot fi stationate cateva zile).
Am incercat sa ne revansam fata de dvs asa cum am considerat ca este mai corect, ne pare foarte rau pentru ca in continuare sunteti nemultumit.

Avand in vedere ca am comunicat cu Dvs in limba romana atunci cand ne-ati vizitat in showroom tot astfel o sa va si raspund aici. Tin sa precizez ca avem o evidenta stricta a stocurilor si asa cum v-am explicat si atunci cand am avut discutia, ceea ce ati vazut Dvs erau saci de Pebble rezervati in comenzile clientilor, comenzi anterioare celei pe care doreati sa o plasati Dvs. Asadar, ati putut achizitiona doar ce era fizic in stoc si disponibil spre vanzare, ceea ce s-a si intamplat. In ceea ce priveste timpul de asteptare si coada la care ati fost nevoit sa stati, trebuie sa precizez ca asa sunt zilele de sambata la noi in showroom, cu multa aglomeratie, dar cu un sistem de organizare bine pus la punct si aici ma refer la acele bonuri de ordine pentru pastrarea prioritatii in momentul in care ati ajuns la noi in showroom. Dvs ati ales sa stati la coada la Receptie, ulterior fiind indrumat, pentru consiliere si informatii, respectiv plasare comanda, catre un consilier. Fiind ocupati toti consilierii, v-am si preluat pentru a evita un alt timp de asteptare pentru Dvs.
In speranta ca am lamurit toate aspectele neclare (si care,din pacate, v-au creat unele nemultumiri pentru care ne pare rau), va asteptam cu drag si cu alte ocazii la noi in showroom pentru experiente mult mai placute - aspect de care va asiguram in totalitate.

The price was modified between the online order and the delivery, the delivery costs were four times higher and the sales person pointed out on the telephone that she will cancel my order if I find it unacceptable (which I did).
I am not very convinced of the quality of the products either, as a Granite Peach red bought three weeks ago is now brown (even after being treated with their most expensive product). Given that it would be a nightmare to try to replace the product, I don't even try to address them for guarantee reasons.
Each time I had a bad customer experience but this time was surely my last one with them,
