Hayden and Will couldn’t of been more helpful. They made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning and went above and beyond to help me.

Hayden’s help was brilliant I never felt awkward with him, he made me feel at ease when I felt awkward.
Then there was Will who went beyond, his attitude was brilliant, professional and with a hint of humour which both were appreciative. A big thank you to you both.

Just had to go through the IVA process and I was partnered with an advisor called Will.
I can honestly say I have never come across someone who's so understanding, willing and compassionate with their job!
He was understanding with me whilst I was waiting for my DBS to start my new job, he kept in frequent contact with me through waiting for the DBS.
There was no harassment of any kind from Will, nor was there any pressure to rush through it all and get everything sorted.

It was that magical blend of being a friend, whilst getting the job done to a unbelievable standard!

Overall I'm over the moon with how Will treated me like a person and took into account that I had personal things going on at the same time as trying to sort this out, again I have to reiterate that he NEVER pressured me into rushing into the process or anything.
10/10 from me. Prefect job Will!

Well where can I start in my case I was the one to find myself stuck where literally felt like I was going bold and growing old by the second because of the amount of worry caused by my depts.
I have Hayden to thank for his hard work and not giving up on me to find a way so that I could finally be dept free !!
Even though in my situation we could hardly find a way to sort my case out he’s managed to see things through to make it happen and will never forget what he’s done for me.
