Clothing in bright colours, usually gender neutral, washed well, organically farmed, ethically manufactured, good value for money (imo), good sales, cute designs, great email customer service. Website filters were terrible, made it far too hard to see what was in stock, but that's by the by. It's heartbreaking that they are closing down.

I ordered an extra large dress and got sent an extra small which was a frustrating start to my first order with them. I emailed and let them know and got no reply. So I sent the dress back and sent another email. Nearly 2 weeks after returning the dress I had no refund and no communication so I posted a 1 star review.
The day after posting my 1 star review I got my refund and an email apology stating they hadn't seen my previous emails and that they would send me a dress. Based on these, I have increased my review to 3 stars. They made a mistake and put it right but it took a lot of effort that I didn't need.

Always love Piccalilly products as beautiful to look at, beautifully made and have been perfect gifts for family and friends .

I placed a large order of pyjamas in several sizes and in differing designs. I had a phone call from the company to say one item was out of stock but they gave me a great alternative and sent the parcel the very next day. Very pleased. Always great quality from Piccadilly. Thank you!

Bought a number of items from Piccalilly over the last few years. Colours are vibrant and the material is good quality. Both the bright colours and the fun designs are so different from the standard high street clothes for kids. Would recommend.

Amazing quality
I've been buying clothes for my children and also some items for myself for several years now. The quality is fantastic, the fabric is soft and the colours stay lovely.

Love your products and prices are realistic for well-made organic clothing. Love your sale bargains!

I’m so confused where all these good reviews are coming from. Multiple items of clothes washed on 30 degrees have now ruined two other laundry loads (easily over £150 of clothing). Thought the first time might be a bit of bad luck but clearly the dye that Picallily uses isn’t properly set across all items of clothing. What’s worse is that we contacted Picallily to explain our disappointment that a 30°c wash was enough to cause horrendous dye run (2 separate emails 3-4 weeks ago) but these were ignored completely.

Customer service was excellent. I was informed an item was out of stock and asked if I would like to replace it with something else. The quality is great as expected. I've bought the same brand from local stores but just wanted to see the other options from the main store. I will order again.

Beautiful outfits that are so comfortable for baby to wear! Great value and my orders always arrive beautifully packaged and quickly!

I probably don't match their normal customer base but as a lady of a certain age I wanted some fun quality pyjamas. The products are superb and I love wearing them! They keep me cool and also warm as so breathable. Staff are wonderful and so is their customer service. Will be ordering more without a doubt x

Wonderful, unique, great quality baby clothing. Someone gifted us a pair of dungarees when our daughter was born and we’ve gone on to buy the next sizes up as we loved the design it so much! Great customer service too, one of my favourite independent companies to shop at.

It was my first time ordering from Piccalilly and I am so chuffed I did ! It was well worth paying the customs fees to have it shipped to France ! The customer service was very responsive and thoughtful, and the quality of the garments is faultless ! I bought the items on sale and even with the additional customs fees (20euros), I don't think I could have found brand new baby clothes of this quality (organic, fair trade and child labour free) closer to home. The prints are beautiful and funky, the material is very soft and the sizing fits very well my baby's growth. I highly recommend this brand.
