Absolute scam, fake company, don't trust them.

Don’t trust them they are scammers

The site just didn't work very well -
e.g.we couldn't select some of the tests that we wanted
test invitations weren't sent out to selected candidates
not all the tests worked very well
And frankly some of the positive reviews below look fake to me.

I was contacted by someone in their team about how great my CV was and that I was “exactly what they were looking for” after I applied for one of their jobs. Then was told to sign up again via a link and that’s how I ended up signing up and making a profile. I wasn’t contacted about that particular vacancy again. I realised after that it was just their way of getting more sign ups. No one followed up about the job I applied for and they don’t reply to emails either. Don’t bother making a profile and don’t bother relying on recruiters.

It was pretty simple to sign up and create a profile. It's also a bit more personal than other options I've used in the past. Fingers crossed!

Finding quality people, and quickly, is always my biggest struggle and number one priority when recruiting for urgent positions. Picked have consistently delivered for us, with finding our first manager in only 10 days and our second 3 days later! Great work from a fantastic team!

We have tried a number of recruitment softwares in the past, but never had much luck. Picked was refreshingly effective and I would definitely recommend it to anyone !

They're definitely not very good at their job, never reply to email and don't even allow you to delete your profile once you have put it online, which may well be in breach of data protection regulations. They use very vague categories, so if unless you fit in without a rather narrow frame, you end up with a quite misleading profile. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
They also bombard you with pointless emails, and again you can't change what you receive without contacting them.

Used Picked to search for new recruits and was pleasently surprised at not just how easy it was to use, but the quality of candidates recommended to us with such little effort. The platform is simple to use and we'll defniitely be recommending Picked to others and will use again soon

Wow! such a different way of looking at candidates. The tool works brilliantly and Emma was fantastic at setting up a great company profile.

It's about time a company actually thought about the process of hiring.We hire on personality so much more than somebody's degree or exam results. It was a great experience and so much more information about potential hires. Understanding what makes them tick before meeting them gives you such an advantage when trying to hire the best. Really simple search function and strong candidate, not a lot more you can ask for. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been using the Picked platform since it launched and I am amazed at how much it has grown and developed in such a short space of time. It is really easy to use and does the job well. I can happily say it is recruitment made easy.
