Pickleball central has always been a quick & accurate supplier for all things pickleball!! They have a marvelous paddle demo & return policy, unlike some other paddle businesses!

Four saves.

Over the past year, my 1st pair of Falcons saved my eyes four times. These were direct hits on the lenses. Two hits came from another court and caught me off guard. Absolutely no damage to the glasses. I decided to get a backup pair - just in case. Can't be too safe!

The delivery of the item I orders was…

The delivery of the item I orders was very slow. It took over three weeks using the USPS. I was actually surprised you used the USPS and not FEDEX or UPS. If you partner up with Amazon, they probably would deliver your items in a day or two.

You advertise fast shipping

You advertise fast shipping. Pure nonsense. I ordered a paddle 6 days ago. A shipping label was created 5 days ago. Yet it still has not been given to the shipper for delivery. Just cancel the order and refund the purchase amount.

Prompt and helpful

USPS had some odd messaging regarding not receiving the item. I reached out to PickleballCentral and they were prompt, polite, and reassuring. Paddle was as described ... I'm still getting used to it so I might write a review on the paddle itself later. But the service was great, thanks.
