This company literally can’t deliver…

This company literally can’t deliver anything. I ordered a gazebo through big lots paid the shipping fee, got a date and time. Date and time come and go, no gazebo. Their tracking info says it’s “running late” I emailed and they said they just canceled it. They cancelled the day after the delivery was supposed to be made.

STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY

I scheduled my delivery for today my day off. Given a window 0f 10am to 12pm. Good Guys showed up at the store I purchased my patio sets at but unable to pickup because there was not enough room on the truck even though I gave them the dimensions and number of pieces when I scheduled. Waited all day for delivery unable to run errands. Spoke to supervisor and told she was unable to do anything except reschedule. I do not have another day off until next week. This is unacceptable. The store I made the purchase at only stores your purchase for a brief time due to limited space. In addition to that I am a manager at that location and am always recommending this company. They do not respect the customer in the regard of the negative impact to the customer. I am very frustrated and feel the robbed me of time I will never get back not to mention taking away the joy and excitement of enjoying my purchase.

They gave me a delivery window of 10am…

They gave me a delivery window of 10am to 10pm for same day delivery service. They waited to call me at 4pm the day of delivery to tell me that they can no longer fulfill the delivery—leaving me to scramble last minute after waiting all day for them. Completely unprofessional. Should not offer same-day delivery service if they’re unable to actually do it..

Buy Buy Baby Really Delivers

Josh A. and and Andy V. were great! They carried everything (crib and dresser) upstairs and then assembled. Afterward they went over all of the info I would need to move the crib up and down, and make sure the dresser attaches to the wall for safety. Highly recommend!

Above & Beyond from start!

Super happy with the work and communication of Andy V. & Josh A. These guys both went above and beyond on delivery of baby furniture and fixed a mistake from a previous delivery (NOT this team). Not only did they take my furniture upstairs to the nursery, they unboxed it and made sure I signed off on the correct product and it’s functioning. They also removed an incorrect order, that’s been a huge stress for this soon to be mom! I’m also very thankful and impressed they took the time to call while at the store to make sure they had the correct product to be delivered and kept me informed of delivery time and progress through the morning. It’s allowed me to plan my day from the start and not be sitting around all day wondering if someone would actually show during the designated window. Thank you both!

My delivery was great

My delivery was great! Both Josh A and Andy V were very nice. I was concerned about my narrow staircase but they got my chair upstairs without a problem.

Dresser Delivery

Josh A. and Andy V. just delivered our son’s dresser today and they were so awesome. Communication with coordinating item drop off to actual delivery was prompt and efficient. During delivery, they did such an amazing job and took care to ensure proper placement/item was in good condition. We really appreciate their efforts!

Great service

Jhael & Ivan were my delivery people. Both were very courteous & accommodating. They were masked & followed Covid protocol. They made my delivery early before it was scheduled because they were in the area.
They made an inside delivery to my apartment, unboxed, assembled chair & disposed of box. I was very pleased with their service.

Did not deliver on day promised

Did not deliver on day promised. Confirmed delivery, scheduled delivery, waited for delivery and then I called them when delivery never arrived. They said it was placed after their delivery window for same day but they had already confirmed the delivery. Unwilling to do anything but reschedule for 2 days in the future.

Wonderful, Easy Experience

I hired them yesterday to pick up a couch from a friend's house and bring it to my house today. Every step of the way, they were professional and did what they said they would. It was an extremely pleasant and easy experience. The two movers were very polite and moved quickly - at my friend's house and at mine. Great experience. I would use them again. AND, my friend asked for their info, as she will use them in the future, too. Thanks!

It's important to me to give businesses…

It's important to me to give businesses the benefit of doubt. But this is hands down the worst, most unprofessional delivery service ever. I scheduled my items to be picked up the day I bought them. Great, confirmed. That night I received a call that the delivery wasn't comming and has been rescheduled two days later from 10am-2pm. Flash forward 1:30pm comes I get a call apologizing that the delivery is running behind but will 100% be comming today. Ok.OK.. 6pm comes. We're sorry the delivery won't be comming today were scheduling you for two days from now. Canceled the pickup entirely. Worthless company.

Horrible Expierence

Worst Expiereienc i have had with a Delivery Service. They absolution unprofessional, un timely way to expensive, and do not care about the clients time. I had some furniture that i needed picked up from the At Home Store in Brick, who handled eveything, calling them scheduling it for a Saturday Delivery between 2-4, waited home and i get a call at 345, saying they werent coming till end of day 8pm. So i waited so i got the delivery, then at 7:45 after waiting all day wasteing my time they called and said they over booked and wouldnt make it. Very upset and Pissed I said ok when can you come, they said the next day, 10am-12, again waited and at 2pm I got a call saying they could not make it again, after waiting home again. This is far from obsurd. I got my money back and picked things up myself. Good Riddens of unprofessional compaies like this, if you accept a job you do it.

Horrible Experience

Last weekend I purchased a living room couch and ottoman set from Big Lots! Apparently they partner up with PICKUP for deliveries - a company I have never heard of or experienced working with. I scheduled a next day delivery and thought wow, I would be impressed if I can order an item online and have it arrive the next day. The next day I planned to stay home to wait for my delivery. PICKUP called in the morning confirming that they would be arriving that day. By afternoon, I received a call that they would not be able to delivery due to delays. On this first day I thought ok, that's ok since I understand there are delays. Then the same thing happened on day 2 and day 3. With the holidays being this week, I finally just rescheduled my delivery until next week since I am not waiting around over my weekend. When I spoke to customer service on day 3, they mentioned that delivery windows are not guaranteed and the issue up until now is that no driver will accept my order. WHAT THE HECK! I've had deliveries from plenty of other retail stores and have never experienced something like this. What is the point of scheduling a delivery if it's not going to happen? I work from home so it's easier for me to be home for these types of things - but what about people who have to be out at work all day and modify their schedules to be home and this happens? I am appalled at how this company runs - I feel like it's like a DoorDash / Uber for your large deliveries but no one wants to pick up? The issue is not waiting for my order - I don't mind scheduling a delivery time 1 - 2 weeks out if it means it will be delivered. I'm sick of talking to the PICKUP customer service people everyday so far this week and all they can tell you is they are sorry but absolutely provide no solutions. Terrible business model.
