When it comes to planning and executing travel experiences, PickYourTrail truly stands out as one of the best in the business. This being our very first trip, we were naturally looking for someone who could take the stress out of planning and make it truly special — and they delivered beyond expectations. Although domestic trips typically fall outside their scope, they graciously agreed to curate this journey upon my personal request. Seamless! Booking, boarding, check in check out, communication and all the processes were so well managed! Furaveri resorts are one of the top picks in Maldives and I am glad to have experienced that! But it maybe on a pricier side!

I recently travelled to Japan. I personally will never use pick your trail again.

1. The hotels they booked were a complete scam for the price I paid. I could have saved so much money if I made the bookings myself.

2. The sales agent (I won't name him) had a huge ego. They mistakenly sent me another customer's information and talked about sharing my personal data with my dad (some random phone number)—someone I've never met or spoken to. I was understandably upset because I kept telling him my dad didnt contact him, and that number is not mine, but he wouldn’t listen (I would love to share a screenshot of the conversation). The agent got offended because I said "wtf," but honestly, I don’t think I was wrong given how poorly they handled everything.

3. While I was making the payment, they mixed up my payment link with another customer’s. WTAF? (I can share a screenshot of this conversation as well but I am choosing not to)

4. The itinerary they planned was subpar at best. I asked ChatGPT to plan an itinerary for me, and it did a significantly better job.

They provided zero value for my trip to Japan.

The operations were very smooth. The app loads a bit slow when opened after a long time. However we didn't face any hurdles and the itinerary suggested was as per our expectations.

Karthick was very helpful.Helped with the last minute visa process and was communicating every minute with the visa updates.

Our Dubai trip was exceptional and memorable, thanks to PickYourTrail's outstanding organization and remarkably responsive customer service; queries were addressed within minutes. Their performance was exemplary.

We booked a Honeymoon package for bali. Pick your trail is filled with surprises. My husband's birthday was on the date of Honeymoon. Pickyourtrail helped me on this and the room was decorated and cake was presented and a free spa was booked. Over all it was a fine experience with pickyourtrail.

Experience with Pickyourtrail team was great, recently travelled Singapore and Malaysia, excellent trip, very well organised, 24*7 customer service.. hassle-free and ofcourse best competitive rates.

Smooth transfers. Hospitable driver. Pickyour trail could have suggested Mount Baru trek in Ubud instead of the bali swing and the rice field drive in Volkswagen. That's bit useless thing. Otherwise the trip was nice and smooth. The helpline is quite helpful and provides quick response. Melchi helped alot in planning the trip and Anith also helped in briefing before trip. Thanks to them. Putu Midar (driver in bali) was really nice and helpful. He speaks good English and understands one's requirements.

The visa process was smooth and the travel support was very professional and punctual.

I would like to give feedback on my first Pickyourtrail planned trip

1. I started following up with your rep - Veda , after few discussion her choice of Hotels and Activities selected were highlight of the trip
One feedback here while booking seats for flight , check with customer on their seat selection as with kids and back seat in two long journey flights we had a struggle
2. In phase 2 your rep Anith followed up well on my itinerary explaining what to expect and took request from me , last minute alternative hotel choice given by Anith was the highlight of this phase of trip
One feedback here please let the hotels know they need to provide more pure vegetarian options for BF as most of the customers will be onlooking for good BF before starting their land activities
3. All the land activities staff were very courteous and customer friendly
4. Your 24/7 support chat system team is very prompt in response so this is an another highlight of the trip while looking for quick answers during the trip
