Fantastic experience all round

Really impressed with Pico Technology — great products, performance, and support. The free ongoing software updates are a huge plus, and ordering is easy. It’s also nice to be able to call and speak with someone. Highly recommend

Happy Customer!

I have been using PicoScope oscilloscopes for years and with each (free) software update they get better and better. Great company to deal with as they actually answer the phone and reply to emails.

Disappointing

Update: they somehow managed to contact UPS and change the delivery so that I received the package that day. I can now take the clamp on my business trip. I thank them for that.

Ordered current clamp from their website as it was in stock, paid £10 for courier as opposed to free Royal Mail so I could have it for a trip overseas. Two days later no notification. Logged an enquiry, fairly prompt response but when I received the delivery details, it would arrive after my departure. Express delivery was still less than the additional £10 and would have got it to me on time, but they opted for the low cost delivery option.
