Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I placed an order over a week ago with next day delivery and I am still yet to receive my order or a response to my emails/messages. I have emailed and messaged multiple times with no reply. Messages on social media have been opened! This is a disgrace.

Great service

Great service! Ordered a pair of Eagle grips and they teared after 3 months of use, which in my opinion was too soon. Customer service offered to sent me a new pair of grips and adviced me on a more durable set of grips.

Very slow delivery and not a free shipping as written.

My order was placed on 29.11. and delivered today on 21.12. which is a very long time to wait since it was written that delivery will be 5-7 days.

Also free shipping was not free since I needed to pay to comapny that delivered me a package 10 EUR.

First two orders that I had came through Fedex and the delivery was in time, perfect and free, but this one was through Seur, very slow, required time and energy and not free.

So I am really disapointed with this. Since after my order severel orders you had to city Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) based on my reccomendation of your products and delivery. I was first one to order Picsil in my Crossfit Box in Banja Luka and then reccomended to many other people. Really disapointing service with this Seur.

11 days and still don’t have my items…

11 days and still don’t have my items .. some how my package is in Bulgaria last 3 days … Since Monday I send a mail to support for information about my order and it’s Friday today and still no answer after 4 days…

Good products and fast delivery

Delivery to Copenhagen in 6 days. Size guide and YouTube videos helped a lot to find the right grips. I also ordered a speed rope that has very nice length fitting with a click of a button on the top of the handle to adjust length. I will definitely order again next time.
