The sample kit is fantastic. Especially when it comes to pictures, it helps to see the different medium in person rather than virtually and at home is so convenient when you are going thru your photos to decide. I think the nominal price is worth it to me and would recommend.

Ordering with Pictorem is so easy. They have a lot of tools to enhance quality of the images. They are also very easy to communicate with. in my experience quality has been great!

I am grateful for Pictorem for fulfilling my order. I had tried to order my posters through another website, but they charged me and then refunded me a day later. The other website claimed that my payment had failed, but my bank told me that this wasn't the case, and that they had most likely cancelled my order. Pictorem had no issues with my order, and got me my posters much quicker than the other website originally quoted. The posters look great, too!

The quality of the metal prints is all I had hoped for. My only slight issue is the amount of time it took for the order to be processed and then shipped. Much slower than other companies. But if you don't need the order asap, the price is good and the quality is great.

I signed up for the premium artist account, and started testing. I liked the presentation of the files, but initially had an issue setting up the custom domain. I submitted a ticket and provided troubleshooting details that I had already done. I did phone them a couple of times to follow up, but within 4 business days they had the issue fixed. So, I'm happy, and am eager to test the full production process.

Allows you to get your photos on an upper level beyond the other labs that claim they are the best. The Best of the Best is right here no need to look anywhere else. It’s true you get what you pay for I always get perfection

I'm preparing my fourth (or is it fifth?) order with Pictorem. Fantastic quality, professional care. There has only been one mix-up and they made it right with no hassle at all to me. This has become an addiction - I'm running out of wall space!

I wish I could give a 4.75 rating. The work Pictorem did was beautiful, amazing and will look wonderful once it is up with all the other canvas pictures. It will be a wall dedicated to - as the sign says FAMILY TO INFINITY. THE Colours and lettering ARE 100% spot on. I know I am being picky but the heart on the infinity symbol looks hand drawn as compared to the rest of the picture. I added that heart - so perhaps it was the quality of what they had to work with. They have been timely, with great communication. I would like to thank and promote this company. I don’t know if they are Canadian - I sure hope so!

Great quality and price

As a photographer, I find it's a great platform to showcase my work. I can produce high-quality prints on various materials and offer free delivery within the USA and Canada.

Great quality. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Exactly what I wanted.

Limited quality. colors were not true; wasn't what I expected. several aspects of the image were made purple in the canvas print and I had limited purple in the image submitted.
