Delighted with my frame and mount. Perfect size and lovely quality. I was quoted £150 in a local frame shop to frame a small (less than A4) print with art glass. I got a frame from this company for £40 with Perspex which will still protect the print and a much thicker wooden frame.
I was after another frame, exactly the same, so I emailed the company and they send me an invoice the next day meaning I didn’t have to submit all the measurements again.
Product arrived VERY well protected using recycled packaging and a good courier.

I have now done 3 separate orders including a total of 6 frames with PictureFramesExpress.
I have been very happy with my experience and the quality of the frames has been very good.
The tool to design the frames on the website is very easy to use and allows you to customise everything you would want to.
I think the frames are reasonably priced as well.
When I first read that they use plastic on the front of the frame and not glass I was a bit sceptical as I thought it might look cheap or bowed in the sunlight, but I was pleasantly surprised that it looks good and you can’t see the difference compared to my other glass fronted frames.
I would definitely recommend this company and have already gone back to this company for 2 more orders since my first order.

I ordered four custom picture mounts and a custom frame. I was very pleased with the delivered products - decent quality for a reasonable price. They were really well packaged to ensure safe delivery. It took about a week from order through to receipt of goods. My only suggestion for improvement would be a "we've dispatched your order" email once they were shipped as I didn't hear anything from the initial order email until the courier arrived.

This is the first time I've bought from these guys; their customer service (Lucy) is first rate and the frames I bought are exactly what I wanted and excellent quality.
I've already ordered more!

Great service, frames are wonderful. Tedious looking canvas pictures now has been transfirmed to classy artwork.

Really annoyed. Go through the whole process of providing measurements, choosing exactly what I want and at the very last step I am told that there is a minimum order amount of £15. This should be made visible at the very top of the website or in another prominent place because I have just wasted my time and will now have to find somewhere else to purchase my picture mount.

Started using Picture Frames Express about 4 years ago, when I was looking for custom-made frames for my artwork. Since then I've been ordering frames from these guys every time I couldn't find a frame to fit my artwork or I needed to frame something special / a gift.
The website is easy to use and the selection is imense ! The delivery is quick and frames are carefully wrapped. The only thing that I think could improve is their customer service - not the friendliest bunch.

Excellent service. Good communication. Website is well designed and there is ample choice. It is easy to see what you are getting before you order it (as mistakes can happen when you enter sizes...but the image helps avoid any real issues. )

Once your design in finalised on Picture Frame Express website "PFE" website, a pick up service is organised, a person enters in contact with you to confirm requirements and to provide further advice to enhance the outcome or lower cost, a completion lead-time is provided and finally the product is delivered to your indicated address.

The quality is very good, I recommend.
