Picturesonwood Reviews

Responsive & helped me a bespoke design. Loved the end result. Thanks

Up and beyond customer service and superb quality product. The leather is so soft and thick on the bookmark you can tell how high quality it is.

Excellent service nothing is too much trouble Lilian keeps in touch and updates order details my second time from buying from here

Absolutely amazing quality and craftsmanship. I sent her my initial design and she automatically improved on it. Will definitely be ordering more of her items.

Lilian was very quick to get back to me and provide designs catering to my requests. Quick delivery. Brilliant items.....thanks Lilian

Excellent service from start to finish. Happy to change inscription on the stool, no trouble at all - very accommodating. I will certainly be using Picturesonwood again.

Great price for a quality item that was easy to tailor to my requirements and very quick service. I will definitely be using this company again.

What a find! The egg cups I ordered were personalised to my choice of font, and several designs were sent for me to choose from. When the wooden egg cups arrived they were lovely, and made a wonderful personalised gift. The tooth fairy box I ordered was the same, really sweet designs to choose from with personalised details that I requested. The items were very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and will definitely use them again. Many thanks.

We are delighted with our leather bookmarks. My children came up with some ideas for designs, a few options were produced in no time and once we had chosen they arrived within days. Perfect presents for book worms! Huge thanks.

Brilliant service and excellent communication

Fast, reliable service. Excellent product. Will use again

Really good promt service would certainly recommend to friends

Excellent service. I will definitely buy again from pictures on wood and highly recommend them to others. My requested design was emailed to me for checking before being produced and they even suggested reversing the names on the second key ring. Great idea. I am absolutely delighted with my received order and I know my son and daughter in law are going to be very happy with the leather key rings made for their 3rd wedding anniversary in July.

Very quick and efficient service and the product matched exactly as described.

Delighted with our purchase, easy to order, very accommodating with our requirements, proof sent prior to production to ensure full customer satisfaction. Prompt service from start of order to receipt of product. Would highly recommend for personalised products and wouldn’t hesitate to order further products again. Thank you for a gift that will be treasured for years to come.

Pictures on Wood surpassed themselves again. Lillian helped me to get my design exactly right for my granddaughter and the finished result is beautiful.
I would definitely recommend Pictures on Wood...

Absolutely love the Wooden spoon, gorgeous wedding present.

Lovely items, prompt service, great customer service. Will definitely be shopping again.

Really pleased with the product. Selection was simple enough, communication excellent and despatch time good. I would recommend.

Pictures On wood is an exemplary business. Lillian went out of her way to help me design a very personal bookmark. Communication was fantastic between us. And the price was so reasonable. If all businesses were only run like this. I’m so delighted with the results from beginning to end and I’ll definitely be returning to do business in the future. Highly recommend. Many thanks Lillian once again.
