I have been calling this company for the past 2 weeks trying to ask them to help me track a delivery driver. Yet I get put on hold until my airtime runs out. EVERYTIME FOR TWO WEEKS! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Feels like this company doesn’t even really exist. But I am hoping maybe the police will help me track this guy because Picup is not being of any help whatsoever.
