This has been an incredible asset to me since the day it arrived. This company produces the best quality clippings i have ever seen and I've used many in the past. They are extremely responsive and will bend over backwards to help if you have a problem or a special need. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them every time I need images clipped!

After throwing in the towel with our diy approach, the shop owner decided to give Picup a shot. Incredible. The box is solid period. I have not had any issues with the box yet and we're approaching 8k images. What a well put together app. Bluetooth connectivity on my google pixel is flawless as well as the shop iphone. Great job! No issues whatsoever and runs right out of the box, just adjust brightness like the videos show.

my experince with picup media i must say was a good one. After getting my pictures re-touched a couple of months earlier i couldn't find them on my computer. I emailed picup media and they were able to recover them and delivered them to me within a couple of hours. this really saved me some frustrations. Besides that i like that they are always forwarding tips to their customers about how one can improve their pics website etc.thanks Picup Media

I'm a professional photographer and videographer for a wedding band company. I had created a diy solution for product shots that was good but doing more jewelry with diamonds in them and I realized my solution had its flaws.. i reached out to Picup Media via chat and asked them some questions about the gembox and they were extremely helpful! I use a sony a7r4 and not an iphone for this and they assured me that would work great. They expedited the shipping and while i waited i was a little nervous that it wouldn't be any better than my setup and we'd likely have to return it... well i got it a week early because they expedited the shipping and low and behold we are blown away by the results. the detail and clarity are amazing and it is plenty bright to get a good exposure at iso 100 without a super long exposure. I use my own diy articulating platform and it fits in there perfect and allows me to get all the angles we need. Our retoucher will have plenty of nice detail, highlights and lowlights to work with. Can't wait to try out the turntable! Thanks again for a great product and great customer service!!
