i was going about my day in osrs and this guy comes up to me and is nice and normal until he is like hey mate i have a ton of money but these GE limits are killing me, could you buy me as many of the regen braclets as you can, so i did and he ends up not giving me any money says he is doing a test on to see who all is the "real G's " and he tryed to get me to buy 2000M from the website with a card i mentioned i dont have a card and cannot do it and he got really aggressive and started trying to get me to use my brothers card and that its fine it will get refunded and all this and was no longer being friendly in any manner and he never gave my gold back so now im short gold but didnt get scammed at least. just dont buy gold guys and if your going to just buy a few bonds and sell them its better than going through PieGP

perm banned after purchase - pretending to care in response to review, not actually caring in support responses (or lack of)
Still advertising a 4.7 review score on their website too, even though they're now 4.3 The huge drop says a lot.
I was banned immediately (and permanently) after purchasing from PieGP. I have purchased multiple times in the past. I have ONLY ever purchased from PieGP.
While they've always had fast service, unfortunately, their use of low levels and f2p worlds is my best guess as to why this raised attention.
Unfortunately this is where they stop caring. They pretty much said "sorry to hear that" and didn't bother with the conversation further.
When I suggested a refund for the recent purchase would be appropriate, they said no. When I mentioned addressing this with my credit card provider and leaving a review, they said they'd escalate the issue.
They then told me that they would reach out by email IF needed. I'm not even promised a follow up.
At this point I'm not waiting. I'll share my experience so others don't fall for the same.
I was immediately permanently banned on an account with 1,000s of hours played, and PieGP's only help is "sorry to hear that", not even willing to take ownership of the recent transaction that caused this.
To be clear, there wasn't even an effort to collect more details or pinpoint what could've caused the ban. Doesn't seem like they really care about your account.
Just to clarify, they replied to the review eventually, but still ignore replying to me. It’s very clear why their ratings have gone down significantly, they don’t care about your experience after collecting money.

When you report an issue, they just STRING YOU ALONG WITH EMPTY RESPONSES and have NO INTENTION of resolving anything. The only thing they do is SCAM PEOPLE!
