It's been a very long time that I ordered from this company- have not received my pocketbook-tracking number that they gave me after repeated messages to them does not even exist- NO such number! they just tell me I will get my order! I will NEVER order from this company again!

Bad Service

I ordered 2 purses for this company and I have never received 1 of them. It has been about 3 months since I ordered the purchase and I have not yet received any information from them and I have tried to email them over and over again. I am not sure why this has happened but I saw their reviews just now and if I had know it I wouldn't have purchased anything from them.

Beware

I ordered runners in size 11 which is always what I wear but they are too short. I contacted Pierrebuy and they suggested that I give them away to someone because I must mail them back to China from Canada which is really expensive. What kind of a system is that. It should be manditory that sellers identify where they are located on all their sites. If I had any idea that this products had to be returned at my cost all the way to China, I never would have made the purchase in the first place. Now I am very leary about buying anything on line.

Some positive feedback for a change!

I ordered a pair of shoes without first checking the reviews, so when I later read all the negative feedback, I more or less accepted I’d probably never see my shoes! However, they arrived today, 2 weeks after I placed the order and they’re great! So based on my experience of Pierre Buy this time, I’d have no problem ordering from them again (though I may not be so lucky next time!)

I ordered a backpack from this site…

I ordered a backpack from this site which I was very pleased with. Took it on holiday and used once.... zip broke.Contacted Pierrebuy who offered me first off 20% then 50% partial refund to get the zip fixed 😮😮 which I refused. Now wont reply to emails.

This is the worst site I have ever…

This is the worst site I have ever bought from. I ordered a backpack over a month and a half ago and still haven’t received it. I emailed them and all they said was that they were gonna pay me back, which never happened. I would not recommend buying from them at all.

Ordered a month ago... this sucks butt

Ordered a month ago..still never responded to my emails or messages on messenger we spent a ton of money on this dumb backpack and I’m upset. When I go to check the order information it will not give me any other information other than it’s waiting to be shipped

They don’t even deserve one star

They don’t even deserve one star. They are crooked and after reading all the other reviews, I cannot understand how they are still in business. I ordered a purse 2 months ago and never heard anything except they took my $43. Tried their email address, but no response. They say to call their office in Hong Kong. Are you Kidding? I not wasting anymore money on these crooks. This is a SCAM.

They say they have email for customer support, but it's a LIE, as not any response or consideration by the customer. Deliveries are said to take up to 20 business days, but it's LIE, I've been waiting for a suitcase for more than 1 month and no tracking is available!
Not any response to cancellation or refund requests. They are REALLY VERY BAD. Please do not trust. But they soon raise the money from the credit card. I have banned this site completely. IT'S VERY BAD

I would give this company a "NO STAR"…

I would give this company a "NO STAR" rating if I had that option.
I placed an order for a $39.00 backpack about a month ago, till this day I have not received my order 😡. The first time I had enquired about it, a Chinese company sent me a tracking# which I was able to track. It said it was in Australia and should arrive in 5-7 business days (this was on 9/19/19).

I have made several attempts at trying to track my order again but now it says the tracking order does NOT exist. I have also emailed Pierrebuy several times and no one has replied. I have also emailed the so-called Chinese tracking company and still no one has replied to me yet.

This is all extremely frustrating and time consuming. It's only $40, but if they are doing this to several people (I'm sure it's more) it's a freaking SCAM!

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Bought a bag from this company, which is fine but the strap has broke on it - the metal clip has broken in half. Got in touch with them to ask for replacement strap and they asked me to send photos of the strap. Did this but heard nothing since - not interested, dont want to know!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have had two handbags from Pierrebuy

I have had two handbags from Pierrebuy. Both were faulty. The first had a broken fastener and split seam. The second had a split seam. I hadn't returned them because it was too much hassle. I posted a comment on one of their threads stating this.

Pierrebuy private messaged me asking me to email photographs of the bags. I only had one as I had thrown the first. I sent them the photo and proof of the date purchased. I heard nothing back from them.

I saw another thread from them yesterday with all positive comments. So I asked them on the thread, why they hadn't replied. I also posted a picture of the split bag and referenced their score and comments on Trustpilot. I stated that I had been told they only leave the positive comments on there and delete all the negative comments. I did state that I couldn't confirm it for sure.

However, the same thread appeared on my home page again today. My negative comment and pics have been removed and the permissions changed so I'm locked out of replying or commenting

Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. It is disgusting.

I would give them zero stars, but I can't proceed unless I give at least one.
