Having filed for VAT refunds many times…
Having filed for VAT refunds many times over the past 30-40 years, I have never had a more efficient process and quick refund than I have just had with Pie! No forms to get stamped by the tax/customs authorities at the airport, nothing to mail--everything was done online, simply. And customer service was outstanding--also very responsive and quick! I hope more shops adopt Pie as their VAT refund processor!

High level of service and dedication
Honestly, I am shocked about this high level of service. Very quick in response and helpfull to solve any obstacle. I had lost a reciept and they could retreive it from store themselves. Great job!
