This company is a scam. I spent £120 on two devices that when arrived clearly cost a pound or two to make. They do absolutely nothing.

They claim to have so many positive reviews on their website but when I clicked on the button on their website to write a review myself the button didn’t work so I’m not sure how anyone else has managed to write one. I assume they must be fake.

Do not buy anything from this company.

Don't waste your money on this, they do not reply to emails. No number to contact them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Does not deter pigeons at all. I raised a charge back with bank considering the company claimed it was my fault it wasn't working. Bank investigated and apparently if it's in a garden where there are bird feeders then it will not deter pigeons as customer is providing food. Whole idea was to deter pigeon of course but not affect small birds. There advertising seems to have been changed as well to "WITH THIS PROFESSIONAL DEVICE, READY FOR USE , THE PIGEONS LEAVE YOUR BALCONY, ROOF OR GARDEN DEFINITELY" Well if they were right by device and disappear I can't see them doing what the advert says.

Steer well clear of this item as its nether provisional or deterrent

Absolute waste of money. I have given it a try for over a month and it seems to attract more pigeons than deters. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot before I purchased, we all can’t be wrong. All the spiel to say it’s “tuned” specifically for pigeons is eye wash, if it’s that good, come and prove it to me and I’ll revise my review.
Save yourself £63.85 ( including shipping and tax) as it’s delivered from France, (perhaps it’s tuned for French pigeons?) I gave it one star but would have preferred no stars as nearly £70 wasted…you have been warned!!!

what a complete waste of my time and money . I have let the unit run for ten days and it seems to attract the pigeons. I have a tree outside my home put up the unit and prigressively the problem has become far worse. event the cover on my car is covered and unpleasant to handle . Hitting the tree with a stick had better results. This advert should really be removed by the advertising agencies.

Do not waste your money. The gadget is garbage and is made of a cheap plastic box, an AA battery and a chip board. It is TOTALLY ineffective. I have wood pigeons and city pigeons paying zero attention to the gadget - walking around the property within 2m of it. It has made NO difference to our pigeon problem. The noise that it emits is also very annoying for humans. This is the worst purchase that I have made in the past 5 years.

I bought this about a month ago, and it does work and keeps the flies away BUT the battery does not last 9-12 months as promised, more like a couple of weeks, and now I have to change the batteries again. I have contacted the company twice to complain and they have ignored me twice, so I am going to take out a bank dispute and get my money back, as it is going to cost me a lot of money in batteries to keep going. For £55 I am VERY disappointed that they lied about the battery life and the performance of the product.

This company is shown as dissolved on companies house so be careful.

What a waist of money was a bit desperate as pigeon waking me up at 4am but have more pigeons in my opinion devise does not work can't believe I fell for it

We have a problem with wood pigeons in our garden.
After purchasing the stop bird pro costing over £60 with postage, I was shocked to find a small plastic box like a child’s toy. I read the rather brief instructions and did as they said and NOTHING HAS CHANGED…..IT IS AN UTTERLY USELESS PRODUCT WHICH HAS NO EFFECT AT ALL ON THE PIGEONS!!
I have asked for a refund.

Total waste of money-almost £60 down the drain. This company advertise that they are based in UK & orders will be delivered in 2-3 days. The item was actually despatched from France & took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I wish it hadn’t turned up cos I then could have claimed a refund from my credit card. This cheap, plastic box has no effect AT ALL on the pigeons, and the noise it makes can be heard. It is hanging in a tree- the pigeons are sitting & nesting directly above it. A scam- save your money!

Complete Scam - not only did it fail to keep wood pigeons away, but it also let water in after about 10 months of not scaring the pigeons away and stopped working altogether. Even worse is that it makes a quite annoying audible noise to convince you it is doing something, when it isn't - just rubbish.

The product does not work!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RUBBISH, Probably cost about £2 to make, Tried to contact them on 3 occasions now and had no acknowledgement or replies.

TOTAL SCAM - Just checked the invoice that states companies house reg number 12262337 on the document this company was dissolved 13/02/24 which is illegal.

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE, SAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE WARNED.

EDIT Bought this for a family member who sadly passed away so it was no longer needed I have emailed to ask for a refund with no reply or automated system to say they would be intouch. So I'm leaving 1 star until I hear from them
They did respond but ONLY Due to my review and was basically a generic email telling me the instructions and to give it a go just so I emailed back still no answer back. I think it's shocking you have to have a return authorised first because clearly they won't for anyone.

I applied the magnetic discs on my balcony as directed 2 of which were knocked off by pidgeons. I was then sent some ties to secure the discs free of charge by Insight security who were trying to to be helpful. However the birds were oblivious and just flew over them. Insight security in fairness tried to be helpful but said although the product worked in most cases it didn't always. That the birds either got through gaps or, as in my case were particularly fearless. I was not offered a refund and they are quite expensive. I'm so disappointed ☹️

Should have reviewed it before ordering. Please do not order it is a scam and does not work.

Poor packaging battery rattling about in unit and pigeons just sit there and laugh at us.

Thank you all for posting honest reviews. I almost fell for it. However, after too many bad experiences of unknown companies, I now always check on Trust Pilot before a purchase, so thank you all for the warnings.

I wish I'd taken the time to check reviews of this company on Trustpilot before buying. Lesson learned for the future...
The device arrived very badly packed from France, no box, with the battery loose, banging in the case. The switch on/off is very difficult to use. The device makes a lot of noise to bear.
After emailing this company again and again, I finally got the ok to send back the device to France. I received my refund, after over 5 weeks sending it back, following too many emails to complain about. 2 stars instead of one, as I got my refund.

Can't give 0 or I would. Product did not arrive, company impossible to get hold of. Wish I'd read these reviews first!
