This company really cares! I had questions about my order and they personally took the time to write me and answer my questions. And I LOVE my new bedding! I do not know why I waited this long to get these sheets and duvet cover. I literally wake up every morning and think damn I love these sheets. It’s just a great way to start the day. And I look forward to going to bed in them. And I love to see the colors throughout the day :)

Basically I love these sheets and the customer service I’ve experienced with the company really makes me feel this is a good company that really cares about what they make.

My second review in a week as I am super impressed with customer service, the packaging and the quality of Piglet in Bed products. I had my eye on the blue & stone knitted throw which I had seen in the Tunbridge Wells store during the sale on Sunday but didn't pick it up then. When checking on line it was showing as no longer available so I called the store & spoke to Robyn who confirmed they still had the one I had seen available, still at the sale price and she put it aside for me. When I picked it up this morning, I asked if there could be another hiding in one of the other stores as it is a discontinued item. Robyn called around and found one in Harrogate and sent me a payment link so I could purchase a matching throw for a second bedroom and have it delivered. The throw itself is divine, such good workmanship, luxurious to touch and a very generous size. The items are packaged really beautifully both in store and at delivery. Thank you team for such personal and high quality service.

Expensive bedding but absolutely worth it. I was so lucky and won my first set of Piglet In Bed bedding. It is incredible. So comfy and soft and washes so well. I loved it so much that I bought another set. It is definitely an expensive investment but I will shout from the roof about how good this company/product is. I had to wait a while for my set to be back in stock as it was on a kind of back order and the pillowcases took a very long time but really was worth the wait. Love this brand so much.

Love Piglet bedding. The linen blend washes so well and looks like pure linen, but a bit softer. Great pattern combinations too

I sleep so well in Piglet in Bed and our guests always comment warmly on what a delicious nights sleep they had in their linen sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. You can tell how much a company cares about their customers when they more than deliver on replacing their delicious smelling and effective handwash and hand balm after damage during shipping. I love your products and your elegant service. Thank you.

On 5-Nov-25, I returned a Linen Housecoat (£135.32) to Piglet-in-Bed, because it was too big for me (and also set up a restock alert for when the smaller size became available). On 8-Nov-25, I had email confirmation from Piglet that the return was received and to allow 'several days' to process it. We are now at 27-Jan-26, and STILL NO REFUND. 'Several days' should NOT MEAN 80 DAYS. Auto email today from Piglet in response to my urgent enquiry: 'We're working round the clock to try to clear the backlog of messages'. This is very alarming. On their website, there is no telephone number to call, only a contact form. What is going on with them? I am now extremely worried that I'm never going to get my money back from Piglet in Bed.
EDIT: Since leaving this review, I have been informed by Piglet that I used the 'wrong order number' in the return. I responded that the order number I used was the order number on the returns slip that came with the item, and which I enclosed with the return. Luckily I kept a scan. Because I am organised. Yes this Housecoat was a replacement - it was an exact replacement for the Housecoat I ordered never being sent out by Piglet in the first place. Piglet are now trying to blame the customer for their own inefficiency and poor management. Poor show! Very poor show.

Great quality linen and organic cotton products, lovely colours and helpful staff.

I purchased a Pembroke Stripe robe and fitted linen sheet. While I am happy with the quality of my bedding, I am surprised at the low quality of the robe. The material has been fraying and pulling nonstop since I first got it, leaving a mess of loose strings and loops all over the robe. Given the price, I would have expected the material to be much more durable— and I’m not rough with my clothes. Sadly, after less than a year of use, I can’t wear it anymore without looking entirely messy and frumpy.

The first place I look to when buying gifts. Great quality, unique prints that feel really special!

Lovely quality linen bedding, nice weight to it. While my order was waiting to ship (one item was on back order) the price dropped and customer service made it right and matched the lower price for me.
