Poor customer support. Trousers looked absolutely different from picture and it still was hard to get a refud

Worse than Dropshipping business. Don't deliver at the right time and always promising. Customer support piece of s*** :)

Bought the headphones, the item came faulty, returned within 14 days. Apparently, they now have to be checked by warranty department. No money back, no headphones, no deadlines. Customer service very poor, never buying from them again. Apparently the customer is never right at pigu.lt

In summer 2019 i bought a pair of heaphones "Pioneer SE-M521" from an Estonian franchise of this company and a year later, today returned them to the shop for warranty. My warranty case was assessed by Pigu.lt and deemed void (mechanical damage). Having had the headphones in normal home use for just 1 year, that on one day spontaneously decide to split apart, while putting them onto my head, is not a mechanical damage in my opinion. That´s a faulty product that needs to be repaired or replaced via warranty. Dear Pigu.lt i strongly advise you to review the adequacy of a person in charge of warranty returns.

The worst customer experience if you have to deal with returns.

Return is possible to physical address if you live in Vilnius only. Doesn't matter if they send you different item than advertised - still its you, who have to take the cost of returning the goods.

When you return, there is no indication when you will get money back.
