I bought a monthly pack on the recommendation of ChatGPT.
Only after the purchase did I realize that it wasn't actually what I needed.
I then requested a refund via the contact form, but received no response. I then sent an email, but unfortunately, also received no reply.

I think they are deliberately ignoring such requests.

Requested a refund the same night I bought. Have had no response in 7 days now.

Terrible service: No response to 6 emails in 5 days, disappointing image quality. I subscribed to Pika.art on October 5, 2025, expecting a high-quality AI image generator, but it was a total disaster. The generated images have low resolution, blurry details, and zero consistency with what's advertised on their website. I tried it a few times and canceled immediately because it's useless.
The worst part: I've sent 6 emails to support email requesting a full refund but after 5 days, not a single response! Not even an acknowledgment. This is unacceptable for a company charging for a service that doesn't deliver and with non-existent support.
If you're considering subscribing, run away! I'm proceeding with a Visa chargeback because they deserve zero trust. Avoid Pika.art at all costs.

There is no cancel subscription button and no clear guide for cancellation. You can only accidentally find that you need to switch to the “Basic” plan manually in the Pricing/Upgrade page to stop renewal — which is completely confusing.

**UPDATE**
I received no reply but I've got the refund.

I was charged $35 for October even though I didn’t want to renew and have not used the plan. I immediately sent a message through their support form and also an email to their provided support rmail on 4th Octeober (saturday). I received only an automated reply saying they would respond within 2 business days, but after 3 business days, still no reply. I even tried contacting them via their Discord support channel, but they ignored my message.

There was also no cancel link in their invoice email, which makes it even worse.
I requested a refund, but they haven’t responded at all.

Additionally, after purchasing a paid plan, you have to manually enable “remove watermark” — which makes no sense. I had already created some contents before realizing this, so I lost credits and time.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible for video in painting, can't even get basics right that they shows are references on their website, waste of time and money :(

Had one of my worst app experiences with Pika.ai. Clip generation was consistently unreliable: outputs often didn’t match prompts, failed midway, or were unusable—yet each attempt consumed credits. Customer support was equally disappointing. I reached out multiple times about failed generations and lost credits and received no meaningful help—most inquiries went unanswered, and I never got a resolution. Absolute waste of Money. Don't Recommend atall.

Wasn't on a Plan but still got charged. Barely made a video. Totally useless.

This product claims to stitch together several photos to create AI transistional videos. Once you pay for an upgraded account that allegedly gives you this capability, you discover that you are limited to 4 photos.... which generates a video approx. 14 seconds in length. There are dozens of free options that do a better job and produce longer, more robust videos. This is not worth the money. Worse yet, when you attempt to reach their customer service you will be ignored. They simply do not respond. It doesn't matter if you use the form on their website or emial them directly, you will not get a reply regalrdess of your problem. Very dissapointing but avoid them if you can.

I can’t even get a trial video to work right. It keeps telling me to upgrade and I have not even seen one personal example of what this site can actually do. This platform just sucks money out of people from what I’ve read. It seems to be true.

Not worth a penny. Support is poor. I cancelled the accidental 1-month plan immediately. A complete waste of time and money. I should have read these reviews here first. Everything fits!

Subscribed to this platform to generate some ai videos.. the results were absolutely terrible and unusable, it’s not following the prompts at all and looks very unrealistic..

I've purchased the Pro license, but I'm still seeing the upgrade button. My video is also stuck on the message:

"High demand right now!
Wait times might be a 'lil longer."

I've contacted support to request a refund but haven't received any response.

I thought I'd trial this platform...I've been waiting over 4 hours so far for it to generate an image...I won't be advancing to a paid version

My honest review after spending $28 on Pika:

I paid for the Pro version expecting quality and creativity. What I got was a glitchy, disappointing experience. The video results look cheap, rough, and amateur — like a bad filter from 2015. I asked for a soft, magical transformation, and it gave me a hard, ugly mask drop that ruins the whole vibe.

Even a beginner in Photoshop or CapCut could do 10x better. This platform is overhyped, overpriced, and underdelivers. If you're looking for smooth artistic edits — look somewhere else. Don't waste your money like I did.

Don't use this service. Even with a paid account your content still gets watermarked – no response to customer service requests and they keep charging you when you cancel.

they will delay your cancellation of your subscription to charge u more. u cannot cancel the subscription yourself, once u subscript, u will be charged monthly and they just don't let u to cancel it. u better contact your bank to open a dispute and cancel the subscription
