I would not purchase from Pillowhan…
I would not purchase from Pillowhan Australia again. The pillow covers I received were significantly different from the appearance shown in the online advertising.
I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company by emailing multiple times from 11 May 2026 onwards requesting return approval in accordance with their stated return policy. Despite repeated attempts, I received no reply whatsoever.
A business should not advertise a return process requiring customer contact approval and then fail to respond to customers trying to exercise that process. Extremely poor communication and customer service. I have been forced to lodge a bank dispute because the company would not engage or assist.

Delivery was little slower than I expected, so I already thought maybe I picked the wrong one. I sleep on my side and usually keep moving the pillow around during the night. Last few weeks this one has been more comfortable than most I tried, although it still felt bit too full the first nights.

I don't usually keep pillow because most feel wrong after a night or two. This one was better than expected for neck support, although it felt a bit firmer than I normally like at first. after few nights it was more comfortable. probably not for people who want very soft pillows.

Total scam. Ordered and paid and the parcel never arrived. They promise 1-3 business days delivery but it’s simply not true. Contacting customer service was a waste of time as they were totally unhelpful. I have contacted my card company for a refund.

Not a hassle free return
I ordered 2 pillows and they both have a heavy chemical smell. Even after airing them out it hasn't gone away.
I decided to try and return them, as it clearly states on their website that "if its not right for you, return it for a full refund, no pressure, no hassle"
Well, its been a hassle.
Its been a week long back and forth with their customer support offering ever escalating offers for credit (starting at 25% we're now at 125%). Every time I say I would prefer a refund, thank you. They send me another credit offer and a reminder that if i send them back I'm on the hook for shipping, however much that costs.
I still am waiting on my no pressure, hassle free return.
Do not recommend ordering from this place.
