I found the experience straightforward. Once I had completed the application process, the order was fulfilled promptly and I received the medication within a couple of days of placing the order. The price was very competitive and I look forward to using them again.

I strongly advise against using this…
I strongly advise against using this company. Their ordering process is unnecessarily complicated and poorly designed. After completing payment, they required me to resubmit all my information through a link that was not visible or mentioned during the initial signup.
The whole experience involved a lot of back-and-forth communication, and even then, the risk of being denied seems very high. Worst of all, I still have not received my refund

Our consultation process is designed to ensure patient safety and compliance with prescribing regulations. In some cases such as yours, additional information or resubmission may be required if the initial details provided are incomplete or do not meet clinical requirements. We understand this can feel frustrating, but these are requirements that have not been met thus the prescribing team cannot assess your case without the required assessment information being completed via the video consultation that was attempted to be arranged with yourself within 3 hours of our opening times following your overnight order. As you did not wish to complete a video consultation we arranged for your order to be cancelled within 3 hours of you informing us that you would not complete the video consultation.
We can confirm that your refund was issued immediately following the cancellation of your order. Once a refund has been processed on our side, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider, which can vary. But we advise this can take up to 7 to 10 days but unfortunately is outside of our control once we issued the refund as the funds have left us.

Great experience
Ordered on a Sunday, even with a bank holiday on the Monday, it was approved and delivered by the Wednesday.
Plus I also added a wrong digit to my house number in my address, I emailed in straight away and they changed it on the Monday. No issues whatsoever, really good response time for the amendment and the delivery was fast

Switched to Pills2u from another provider after researching the best prices on the market for online pharmacy services and medicated weight loss. Pills2u were straightforward and easy to deal with when transferring and verifying my identity. Definitely one of the more pleasant customer service experiences I've had, if a little impersonal. They notified me via WhatsApp as well as email when they needed more information, which was very helpful as I may not have picked up the email as quickly otherwise. Great service and quick dispatch.
