Pills2U were really helpful when I switched from another retailer and went out of their way to make sure I could order easily. Their communication is excellent. The only little drawback is the need to send pictures each time you reorder - really tedious. But most recommended anyway as faultless service.

I cant recommend pills2u enough. They always dispense quickly and have the best prices available. If I ask for it to be sent a certain day so I can make sure I am home they are always willing to accommodate. They have been fantastic and supportive on my journey.

Awful customer care. I ordered a 10mg Mounjaro pen which was subsequently ‘missorted’ by Royal Mail and delayed in getting to me by over a week. I was informed by pills2u that I would not be able to use the full product due to the cold chain being broken. I requested a replacement which pills2u declined, I requested that I return the original (faulty) pen and pills2u declined. I have been informed that I need to wait for them to process the claim with Royal Mail and then I may receive ‘a partial credit note’. The claim was put in to Royal Mail over 8 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from pills2u. When I have chased them for an update I am met by condescending emails which tell me to be patient! This medication is extremely expensive and it is utterly unfair that pills2u would not let me return and I was left with a substandard product (and leaving me out of pocket!). I understand the delay was with Royal Mail however pills2u have a duty of care and obligations under the consumer rights act 2015 as the retailer which they are evidently shirking. AVOID AVOUD AVOID!!

I had a very good experience with this online pharmacy. The ordering process was straightforward, the website is easy to use, and delivery was fast and discreet. All items arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Customer service was helpful and professional when I had a question. Prices are competitive compared to other UK pharmacies. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Very professional company. They carry out the proper checks for weightloss injections. They're very friendly and helpful, prices are really competitive too! Happy with the service.

Overall quick and effective, very impressed. However, would’ve liked there to be less checks with height and weight having already been verified by a previous company with a prescription, felt a bit tedious having to go through the checks again.

I've been using Pill2U for a while (particularly under their old name Pharmaesthetics Central). Being on weight loss drugs, I need to take photos of myself standing on scales with the weight showing. Living by myself this isn't practical, so I really appreciate their calls, by UK-based doctor who doesn't appear to be in a rush, so they can verify my weight and it gives me to the opportunity to ask any questions.

I had a really good experience with this pharmacy. I recently moved over to them as their prices were competitive for Mounjaro. They did a thorough consultation including a video call and when they were happy they approved my prescription which was received really quickly. I was surprised to find they supplied needles and medi wipes free of charge with my pen, something the other pharmacy charged for. I also had free delivery! So all in all a really good first experience with this company!

During a really uncertain time as a Mounjaro user this company have helped me out so much and I cannot fault them at all. Before I was using different company’s because I didn’t have a company that were really looking after me but these guys do!

PILLS2U is the new name of what was Pharmaesthetics Central. Although the name has changed the service and after care hasn't its still first class.
The website has changed which caused a few teething problems for me but they were resolved quickly and courteously.

I started off my Mounjaro journey with another provider. They were excellent but expensive. I swapped companies to a cheaper one & got conned. Eventually I came across Pharmaesthetics Central. After to-ing & from-ing I placed an order just as the prices rose. However I was very pleased when my order was accepted at the old price. The only problem was the delay in delivery, which was a problem with Eli Lily. I am now on 5mg and because I am very happy with the service I receive, & of course the price, I would definitely recommend them.
