Packing and delivery takes ages
Packing and delivery takes ages! Was told to expect my package 2 days ago and it's still not even been dispensed. At £4.99 delivery I expect this to be an better.
1 item was also refunded with no reasoning as to why.

Failure to deliver - Good customer service
Supposedly attempted to deliver every day this week but been working from home last two days and no one has attempted any delivery. Got no texts, emails or
correspondence informing me of this supposed problem and only noticed until I checked today. Supposedly will come tomorrow but of course medication no longer cold then and therefore massive waste of money.
Customer service incredibly helpful and resolved issue well. Feel more royal mails fault (did not attempt delivery - i was in)

I have reviewed this with the available Royal Mail tracking information and the reason for the delay is that Royal Mail have indicated that there was no answer when the delivery was attempted on 21 April and 22 April.
